Pork tenderloin With Balsamic Glaze

Very simple to make yet very tasty.
Number of Servings: 6-4oz portions.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1/4 tsp salt substitute
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tblsp brown sugar blend splenda

Directions

Preheat oven to 425
rinse pork and pat dry season with salt and pepper and brown in skillet until all sides caramelized this should only take a few minutes remove pork to same pan on medium low heat add the balsamic vinegar and stir to loosen up all the brown bits from bottom of pan add the brown sugar and stir until mixed and becomes glaze like place pork back in pan and turn to coat place pan in roasting pan and place in oven roast for 25 minutes or until pork is cooked glaze periodically with the glaze in the pan
