Best way to dose Var?

What's the best way to dose Var?
Once a day, twice a day, etc.?

Var has around a 10 hour half life so twice a day may be your best option,but may not matter a great deal.when I ran var I did 20mgs in the morning and 20mgs in the evening. Why are you running var? With test of course right? As with all orals I would stay limited to around6 weeks even though var seems to be well tolerated.

When I was running Var I used to split the dosage - 10mg in the morning and 10mg in the afternoon.

I'm going to take Var with Test and Mast. Just wanted to know if I should split the Var into two daily doses. Thanks for the info.
