First off love this place and Glad I found it...

So today is my first day of DNP. My plan is 21 days with first week at 200mg and remaining 14 days at 400mg.
I"m currently 200lbs (haven't measured but guessing 15% bf) and looking to get down to 185(10%bf) if possible. Lets see how it goes :)
I'm currently 6 weeks into Prop 50mg/Tren 100mg, EOD. After DNP I will add Mast to my cycle and goto ED injections.

Excited to see how this works out for me and I'll post up pics at some point as well.

I've tried powder, and hated it. Crystal is easier to judge. T3 is good at 25mg, more would jus eat muscle up. Talking from experience. I would just experiment.....SAFELY! Everybody is different

I’ve decided not to do any T3. So far 2 days dnp at 200mg and I don’t feel any heat yet but felt slightly weaker at gym today.
Maybe it’s mental I’ll see how it goes after few more days. Also no sweating yet either. Tren sweat settled down after 3/4 weeks so I’m surprisingly pretty dry. Thankful it’s also winter and great timing for this.

you will it takes a while powder has a half life of 36 hours so the toxicity of the dnp builds . on my runs didnt really feel it hard till 3 days in at 600mg and by the 6th day cant wait to get a break

and i dont recomend running dnp on cycle . for 1 the atp wont be there for the muscle so your workouts will suck and youll be so far out of breath to do anything and the heat from the dnp could stroke you. i ran 300mg of dnp every day and it put my 350 mg/wk tren to a hault . didnt gain jack shit off it . but the rebound from getting off was a decent gain

I personally feel like AAS, can help preserve muscle while on DNP. I used it on and off.

Yeah I don't wanna lose any muscle and don't mind if gains are stagnate while on dnp so I'm staying on AAS. Also if it accelerates fat loss being on tren with dnp then all the better.

Im hoping rebound after dnp will be really good while on aas. I was also planning to goto ED instead of EOD and adding mast as well.

Day 3 and i'm starting to feel some heat but not much. Hoping to get some as it's really cold out and I hate feeling cold lol...
Also sleep is affected. I got some decent sleep thank god(5~6 hours) but did wake up super early and no chance I was going back to bed. I will probably do 400mg dnp from now on and go as long as i can.. Hopefully 21 days or so. I didn't want to step on a scale yet but i was curious this morning as I did feel a bit leaner. Starting weight was 200.6lb and i was 199.1 this morning. :)

Felt more heat but nothing crazy. I’m definitely not soaking my bed sheets Thank God.
Its also 20 degrees outside so I’m sure that helps.
so far only complaint is my sleep is getting worse. I was up a few times last night and not getting solid sleep.
I wonder if it’s better to take both caps in the morning.
Also pissing a lot more and it’s neon yellow.

Day 5. Last night was a bad night for me but good for science. I ended up eating more carbs then I'd like to but it was good to see what would happen and that made me eat more as a test and I wanted to make sure I empty the crap out of my frig. Also good cause now im plugging everything i eat into fitnesspal so I have accurate count/log of what im eating.
I ate 3000 calories when i normally would have about 2000. I felt like crap and didn't like it. Within an hour I had diarrhea. I felt extra heat and started to sweat.
It was good cause now I won't be doing that again. Glad I got it out of the way early. Weight this morning was 199.8

Try out GW-501516, it really helps out in the gym on DNP. Also I feel like it works synergistic with DNP to burn fat. Also at low doses of DNP you can build muscle, but in reality you would have to out eat your DNP.

Day 6:
so now that I’m using my fitness pal and watching everything I eat things are looking good.
Weight this morning 198.0 My appetite is minimal. I’m sure from the tren but I was expecting massive cravings from Dnp but I don’t get any. Well at night i do want a piece of fruit but it’s more from having cotton mouth.
Also had some wild sex last night and my drive has been down again probably from the tren but I take 100mg viagra and that normally fixes me right up but now with Dnp didn’t feel as strong as it should and almost didn’t get the job done.

Day 7:

I've been trying to stay at 1900 calories but slipped up a bit last night and family/neighbors wanted to go out to hibachi. I did best i could to avoid eating like crap and ended the day with 2200 calories. Whats crazy is as soon as I go off my low carb and eat crap even in small amounts i don't feel good and instantly within an hour have to goto bathroom and get diarrhea. I like it because It's a reminder that I'm eating like shit and i should stop. lol. Also I was sweating like crazy last night and it was the worst so far. Sex with the wife didn't help either as it wasn't quick by any means and we were going at it for an hour or so. lol. Pillow was drenched both sides and it was Hard to sleep. Wife also said I smelled really bad and she's never smelt anything like that before. I warned her last week that I was taking a weight loss pill that might make me sweat a bit. LOL..

Woke up this morning at 197.0 so even after that I still lost a pound from day before. So far DNP seems to be working really good and I can see myself doing 1/2 cycles a year to keep my bodyfat at controlled levels.

I started last monday so today is a week. Not sure why I've also counted it at Day 8.. Anyhow. This mornings weigh in was 197.4 So down 3.2lbs in a week. Not bad considering I definitely had some cheat meals. Will push harder this week and hope to lose 5lbs.

Im heading to the gym today and honestly been feeling somewhat tried and my legs don't wanna climb the stairs in my house too easily so I guess you can say the DNP is definitely making me a bit lethargic. I'll know for sure after the gym to see if my strength has dropped. I think I also figured out my lack of sex drive and it wasn't the Tren. I was taking aromasin and I think that was it as I stopped it all together and upped my caber slightly for a little boost and my morning wood is back and feeling better down below :)

holy shit i got no endurance. Strength is down a bit not as much as I would've guess but wow I get instantly tired and barely have enough stamina to get thru workout.
these next 2 weeks I can totally see my workouts going to shit and I will just do whatever i can.

weight this morning 196.6. I like the pace and if it stays like this by end of the month i will be right on my goal.
Only complaints is im definitely weak even with test/tren.

Day 10. Weigh in this morning. 195.0 :)
right before I went to bed I took another cap so I’m gonna try 600mg for a few more days and see how it goes. I won’t go any higher then this as I felt 400mg was a good dose. If sides aren’t too crazy then it’s a bonus.

had breakfast with wife and ate more then usual but not too bad. ham/cheese omelet with whole wheat toast. Definitely sweating more as this was first time just sitting down eating and I was sweating. Wife was like wtf. :) I don't mind it.

omg yes. I stink when I sweat. My wife hates it.
I feel slightly hotter but honestly not much at all. I haven’t taken body temp but I don’t think I’m any higher then 98.

Ive been doing 3 caps evenly spaced. So 1 first thing in am. 1 mid day and 1
right before bed.

Day 11

so yesterday I did my best to not cheat. And I thought I did ok considering it was Valentine’s Day and my wife wanted to go out for breakfast and later we also did dinner. I normally eat 1900 I think I had 2500 calories last night.
Anyhow I’ve been having trouble sleeping and definitely sweating a lot more at night with 600mg. In the middle of the night I weighed myself and was 196.6. I was shocked and pissed at myself for eating more then normal. Went back to bed and woke up around 5am and weighed myself again and was shocked again. This time I was 194.0. Back to bed and again at 7am I weighed myself and was 192.8. WTF. Is it water weight ? Within a span of 4-5 hours my weight dropped drastically. I did sweat more each time I went back to bed. I weighed myself one final time after shower and was 193.0.

Weight is flying off me at 600mg and it’s only been 3 days.
Wondering if I should drop down to 400mg.

Crazy swings in weight!! I’d say if you’re wondering it, then you should follow your instinct on it... your levels are pretty saturated now if I understood what I’ve read correctly... plus you’re running for 21 days or so right? That’s 10 more days of this.. probably be good to drop it down a notch... but, I’d definitely listen to your gut/instinct, without a doubt.

Day 12:

weigh in this morning 191.6
last night I needed to go meet some new friends at a bar and my diet was perfect all day.
I had 1 drink to be social and not look weird. Issue was omg I was sweating non stop being there.
Not sure if their heat was on too high or what but dam it was annoying. I don’t ever wanna do that again.
Embarrassing just sitting there and I was dripping in sweat and everyone was kissing and hugging to say hello’s.
I dont mind sweating in bed but out in public was not fun.

day 13:
weigh in this morning was 192.2
I didn't eat well yesterday and It showed in my weigh in this morning. Also the sweating in public is starting to get to me as it's getting people concerned theres' something wrong with me. After today I have enough dnp to last me another week at 600mg. I'm looking forward to next week really bad as I don't like the sweating, but i'm on pace to make my goal so I don't wanna give up. How the hell would someone do this in summer !!! After this is all over I will never let myself get as fat as I was anymore. I was 230 back in september. Highest I've ever been in my life.

i seem to be stalling in weight loss. Wonder if I’m carrying a lot of water.
I did cheat a little bit but stayed under 2000 calories. See what happens in next few days.
The sweating is still bad and I really stink. It’s the worst and can’t wait to be done with this.

Hey bro nice log .
Dont worry about diuretic . After you stop taking the dnp in about 2 or 3 days you’ll spend half the day pissing .in the mean time , make sure your replacing the electrolytes your sweating out .
eat pickles with every meal , have a sip of the water as well .
you are holding water at the moment but your body well let it go once it’s totally out your system .
youll know when it happens . Then go check out the scales and the mirror.

Day 15: Weigh in this morning 189.8

weird how for 2-3 days nothing, barely any weight change and then bam 2+ lbs gone.
My diet is low carb almost keto but I’m probably kicking out of keto since I’ve been cheating by eating fruit.
I’m usually 1900 calories. I have a bad hip and can’t do cardio so this was all done without cardio just diet and weight training and I’m also taking test/tren.

I'm at the point of counting the days till this is over lol. I wanna lose another 5 lbs or so and then hopefully a few more after water clears and focus on aas afterwards.
My workouts have suffered. I'm always tired and I hate sweating lol. I'll be be done this weekend!!

Dude.. the 3 days after dnp are crucial.
As u probably know. Dnp has a 72 hour life span. Go super tight on those days.. yeah, you will feel like shit and crave food badly.. dial it in.. 5lbs are yours..
Fruit aint cheating on dnp..u need those nutrients.. clean simple sugars wont do shit...keto is more a guideline for dnp.
I rock ice blocks.. freeze up sone diet cordial in ice cubes..
Sip on them....crush em for a slushy treat...

Thanks Torcha... Yeah I hope to be 185 before the end of my run and then lose some more when water clears as a buffer. I hear some people rebound and gain some weight when they come off. I will definitely push to keep diet clean after and will up my prop/tren and add mast to help me along :) Ultimate goal for summer I think for me would be somewhere between 170-175 and shredded.

I use a mild duretic on day 3 off dnp.. day 4. Eat big. Really big..full carb load...you have almost killed yourself, your body will respond by storing food.. good news. Train hard, juice high, its all muscle gains... as much as those cravings have had u hanging for pizza and hot chips. Eat clean..
Simple sugars are your friend at this stage..
U have 3 weeks of a gains window.. sure, you will get heavier. But as yiu know. The more muscle u have, the faster you can drop fat.. forget the scales.. let the mirror and the people around tell u how it went... if more fat loss is required. Go dnp again after a week layoff.. perhaps higher dosed over just 6 days.. i hit 800mgs as my sweet spot (dnp powder). The ladt two days i hit a gm...i. so fuked at that point. Shitting myself beats getting up and getting to the loo.. check out my shred log on the aus forum. Under agp sponser page.. i feel your pain.. many weeks after. Im still lean. Quad seperation which is rare for me... all that ive gained is filling out.. kept my diet tight...now its bulk season. Tshirts shrinking every workout. Feels great to lift heavy and eat carbs....

i seem to hit some sort of standstill. My diet hasn’t changed at all and I’ve been 2000 calories or under these past few days and still nothing. I will bump up to 800mg today and run that till Saturday and I’m done!!

Do it man. Finish strong...last days are crucial... you will feel shit. But thats the idea..the body must think its dying to get full receptor reset... doubt youll even shower.. go a 3 week bladt after with your blend and add a quality dianabol for a igf spike.. easy gains.. more muscle. More fat burns...
You can pm me if u like...for a more detailed version or if oroblems arise.. stay strong. Dont cave into cravings..
U got it man.. just finish it strong...

DNP can only drop your BF% so far, according to what I've experienced and what I've heard. The rest of the way, you may have to use discipline, T3, Clen, hgh frag, ECA, Helios, or what ever you can do without breaking diet. Also without T3, your gonna have to restart your metabolism by uping your caloric intake, bc your body gets used to low calories especially DNP kills your T3 levels.

Day 19: Weigh in this morning was 187.4

so this is the second time I’ve noticed weight stalling for a few days and adding a cap seems to get things moving again.
I feel like my body definitely adjusts or builds up a tolerance. At 400mg it did the same and past few days of 600mg also stalled at 190. Last night I bumped it up to 800mg and weight was down this morning. I’m 2.5lbs away from my goal of 185 and 2 days left of dnp. I’m thinking I’ll get there and hopefully have another loss when water weight goes.
I’m excited to get my energy back and get some good workouts again.
The sweating has really sucked too. I hope to have built a tolerance to that now and maybe my body won’t sweat as much anymore lol.

Day 20: Weigh in was 188.0 this morning.

It will officially be my last day of DNP. 800mg these past 2 days was absolutely no good and probably my limit. I sweat non stop. Im super weak. Breathing heavy.
Clearly my body doesn't like it. 600mg for me was best. Maybe start at 400mg and bump up to 600 after a week or so.

Day 22: Weigh in was 186.4

so Saturday was my last day of Dnp and I’m starting to feel good again.
Slept last night without sweating and it felt great. Today I will bump up test/tren and add masteron.
Cant wait to get good workouts again.
I feel skinner and can definitely tell water is coming off.
Im hoping to lose the rest of my belly fat with aas now and get down to 9-10%
otherwise I might do another Dnp run.

Still have lower back fat/love handles/ and small little belly I hope to lose now with new stack otherwise I'll have to run another dnp cycle but would hate to do it as the weather warms up. Sucks. But I've had enough of this fat I can't seem to lose and will do whatever it takes to lose it. Still following a very low carb diet with a weekend carb refeed.
I'm definitely pretty lean and have lost alot of weight from a fat 230lb (~25%bf) in sept/oct. I was 200lb (feb 5th) at the start of dnp and probably 15~17% and now at 185 I would say i'm probably 12~14% Im lean everywhere except lower back and belly. I seem to hold my fat there. hate it.. I have a 4 pack with a small belly :)

Rock Dawg what gets rid of it for you? Last time I got rid of it I lost so much muscle I was down to 155lbs. I don't wanna do that again.. I would like to be 175lb or so but shredded i'm thinking I need to be like 8~9% to be happy

A Clen t3 blast with some test e or prop to help with muscle loss.

thanks so much for your log. I loved following along. I've yet to mess with dnp but am definitely intrigued. Not sure about all that sweating though as I have a tendency to sweat easily to begin and walking around pouring sweat is a no go for things like the day job. but maybe a low dose could work.
