So my last two blood tests showed elevated liver values and my GP had me get an ultrasound yesterday. He called me back a few hours later and said the results are indicative of fatty liver. He wants me to lose some weight (I'm about 250 @ 6'2) and get retested in 3 months. I had the feeling for the past few weeks that fatty liver was the culprit so I have started doing cardio, which I've been really slacking on. Anyone else in the same boat, and what did you do to bring your numbers back down? Mine are AST 65 IUnits/L (normal is 15-41) and ALT 134 IUnits/L (normal is 5-40). I'm hoping that the increased cardio and cutting back on fatty foods will be sufficient to lower my numbers. I don't drink, so that's not a factor.

Could be toxin induced . I had that from trenbolon once .
try some Tudca .
it will work.

Essentiale Forte N I believe helps with fatty liver as well as glutathione (acetyl glutathione) as it is like sticky paper for toxins in your body

Tudca actually works. The other stuff is just herbs and mumbo.

Fatty liver is often diagnosed regardless of the cause, and alcohol or obesity has the same impact from an ultrasound perspective.

I watched a video on Youtube where a doc stated a high dose of Choline and Inositol works wonders. Look into that as well.

They will.
its what they give you in hospital when you have liver damage .
be warned though , you will get very sudden and very explosive diarrhea.

Agree with above tudca and run it with nac, drink a shitload of water throughout the day at least 5ltr minimum. Have a swig of aple ciedar vinigar b4 bed. All these things 100% help bro. Also add fresh lemon to a glass of water

Glutathione will lower the liver values. Also look up a mixture of Tudca and NAC from CLEAR. This thread is old...my bad.
