Hey guys a little stats about me
Measured everything today with body scan at gym
I’m 6ft 222lbs 15% body fat and 23 years old
What I’m trying to really accomplish with this dnp cycle is a body fat percentage of 8-11 and jump start my lean bulk with resetting insulin sensitivity and anabolic rebound. I’m assuming I could get that done anywhere for 210-215lbs
I practice an Intermittent fasting way of eating with a low carb high protein diet, my eating window is 11am-7pm 16/8 style this eating style is only utilized when I cut body fat and lose weight I feel like that’s the best for me also a high volume 1 body part a day split since the low energy levels
In a bulk I like high frequency and no IF of course lol
It is a little tough me being type 1 diabetic and test my blood sugar frequently but I am on an insulin pump and find that much better than when I used the pens
If I go I low at night or dnp causes me to go low at night I don’t break my fast staying under 50 calories and have some dark chocolate or 2 glucose tabs
I plan to run 200mg for 5 days then 400mg for 10 days alongside to maintain muscle I will be running Test 200 1cc a wk

Update
Just grabbed my first pill of dnp and pulled apart by accident and spilled it all over my hands stains pretty good
I probably had about 100mg left in there I took that dose towards the end of my last meal
My training today was leg day which is tough for me because I have a bad back scoliosis and car accidents

11am- first meal was:
1 cup of egg whites
6 tbsp of plain greek yogurt
1 cup of kale
1 cup of strawberries
Training at 1pm leg day
15 min walk to warm up on 3.5-4.0
Leg press- 2x12- 12 plates each side
Followed by dropset 8 plates each side for 15
Squats-super light 2x10 2 plates each side
One legged leg press- 2x8 4 plates each side, 1x10 3 plates each,2x20 2 plates each side
Single leg quad raises 3x8-10
Reverse leg curls 3x8-10
Followed with some light back
Lat pull downs 3x12 4 plates each side
Machine rows 2x20 3 plates each side
Post workout 2 scoops protein
630pm last meal
2 pork chops 2 chicken links and a bag of broccoli with 1 scoop protein

Bigjay I'll be following your progress. Im on day 3 of my dnp cycle (21 days hopefully @400mg) and using test/tren 175/350mg weekly to not lose any muscle.

today is first day at 400mg. I split them so haven't had second cap yet. I'll let you know in the next day or two what 400 feels like.

I started monday at 200.6 lbs and this morning i was 199.1 not to bad and if it stays at this pace for 21 days i'll be super happy. (assuming 15~20lb lost)

My rebound plan was to add mast and goto ED injections and bump up to 250 prop/ 500 tren/ 400 mast.

By the way after dose last night felt a little heat which actually felt good about an hour after taking it
Was unusually thirsty all night after a gallon was still thirsty and woke up with some cotton mouth

Jammed out to some five finger death punch pandora radio today during the workout today was shoulder and light legs
BB Shoulder press- 2 sets of 190 for 8
2 sets of 165 for 12
Followed by dropset of 135 for 20 superset with 15 lb dB shoulder raises
Another 2 sets with 20lb dB shoulder raises
2 sets of DB 80lb shoulder presses for 12
Smith machine shoulder press 2 sets of 20 with 135lb
Single arm smith machine shoulder press 2 sets of 10 with 85lbs
Machine shoulder press 2 plates each side 2 sets of 10
Cable shoulder raises 3 sets of 20 with 20lbs
One arm Machine lateral raises 2 sets of 20 with 120
Single legged leg press with 2 plates each side for 20 followed by 1 set of quad raises
15 mins cardio before the workout to warm up
Diet will pretty much be the same everyday except different lean meats at night

3rd day DNP
Just noticing a bit of heat before bed and cotton mouth until the morning
Arm day today
Close grip bench 2 sets of 315 for 3
3 sets of 275 for 10 followed by a drop set of 225
15 minute walk
Decline close grip 2 sets of 225 for 10 drop set to 135
Decline DB curls- 4 sets of 60lb 50 40 30
Rope pull downs 5 sets
Single arm and single arm above head with rope 2 sets each
Machine bicep curls 3 sets

Ok bros day 4 on DNP
This low carb diet is getting to me with IF I’m ready to be done but whatever it takes to get errr done!!
The dnp sides are still enjoyable to be honest one more day to 400mg
6th day at the gym today just going for pump in the other upper body sore all over and 15-20mins of cardio lets get it!!

What’s up bros off day yesterday and last day of 200mg
day 6 today and upping the dose to 400mg a day
One dose after my first meal and pre workout and the 2nd after my last meal let’s see how this goes
Excited for this
Note to add last started sweating more than usual during my sleep slept with no blanket on and still woke up sweaty I love it let’s sweat it out baby!
Cardio and chest day today let’s go!!!

What’s up bros day 7 today
Really hitting me now extremely tired this morning I was tossing and turning in sweat all night long barely slept...
thinking of only going 400mg the rest of this week then back down to 200mg for the remainder so this stuff clears my system quicker
Diet still the same with IF... feel flat and like I’m holding water and I’m on edge a lot... can’t wait to carb up in 2 weeks
Anyway chest day yesterday with some cardio
Back and cardio today with very light chest
Starting to see abs I’m assuming I’m down in weight but I’m holding water so I’m looking like shit!

Ok guys today was back and cardio
Definitely it was harder to catch my breath during my workout and I was drenched when I was done
I’m sweating all day no matter what just telling myself to keep pushing you gotta get this last bit of weight off
Sleep is disturbed also tossing and turning literally constantly warm
Still keeping my protein high with veggies only no starch in my eating window
Tomorrow I will be adding a shot of ACV pre breakfast and yohimbe bark extract pre training with the DNP to help burn these stubborn lower abs
Lets go!!!!

Ok guys day 7 or 8 just weighed in at 221lbs and 14% body fat this shit definitely works but it’s hard to imagine guys losing one pound a day on this stuff since I’ve only lost a pound and a percent of body fat. Guys doing that are either over 20% body fat or simply my 400mg dose hasn’t kicked in yet and hasn’t hit my system which could be it because it’s only been 2 or 3 days on 400.... until then
The manager at my gym got mad at me because I used their machine again lol so I will have to move my weigh ins and body fat measure to Sunday’s when there’s no managers... it’s retarded but it’s the best machine I have access to measuring body fat and keeping weight

Im on day 9 or so and i'm down 4lbs. It's working for me... Some days I saw 1lb lose and other days .4~.6 lbs depending.

i went to 400mg after 3rd day. Didn't see any results till then either. I think 400 is my sweet spot. I've been thinking of trying 600 just to see how it goes but i'll stay here for another week and see if weight loss is the same.

I find i sweat really bad and feel like shit if i cheat and eat carbs.. If I stick to low carbs I have no issues. I do get feel the heat but it's not bad. I do sweat at night and soak the pillow but I flip to the other side and can finish off the night so it's not horrible.. Im also sleeping in underwear and above the covers. :)

I never got worthwhile results from clen. To me Tren has been best fat burner so combining DNP while on tren I figured would give me best results.

I hear ya man but I’ll be saving tren and test for my rebound off DNP with about 5k calories a day high protein and carb/ moderate fats so I’m hoping the tren puts on some good lean size from the nutrients being pushed straight to the muscles from there, the goal is for this dnp to bring me to single digits before I start lean bulking essentially

What’s up brothers Im looking very lean today hit some shoulders and some cardio had a much better workout than the past 2 days my breathing was a bit better and I actually managed to get some sleeping in, in just some shorts
I’m thinking of going up to 600mg for a day or two, what do you guys think? 400mg pre workout then 200mg pre bed?
Then tapering down to 200mg for 4 or 5 days so the dnp clears my system in 3

Seems like you’re handling 400 with minimal sides? I won’t even comment on when and how to dose because I obviously don’t know... but I’m curious since you seem from your log to be flowing right through with minimal sides...

I've been doing 3 evenly spaced caps but I'm thinking it might be best to do 1 cap in the morning and 2 before bed. But honestly I don't think it really matters which way you do it.
I just know for me I seem to feel it the worst about 1-2 hours after I take a cap so for me I rather goto bed and let that feeling happen while I sleep hopefully, lol.
What really sucks is lifting my legs to go up the stairs really sucks. I find myself using my railing to push up and get up the steps. Fucking DNP, but the weight is flying off so Im not complaining too much :)

Ya I’m definitely looking a lot leaner with clothes if that makes sense but I’m holding a lot of water, like the bloat is real for sure I’m hoping that comes off quickly after discontinuing the dnp
Regarding the dosage I read it’s best to take them spread out but I’m doing IF coupled with it and dnp taken on an empty stomach is pretty bad I’m hearing so I’ll probably just stick to 400 until Saturday

Well my girl says I’m a sweaty pig during the night and I’m pretty warm so sleep kind of sucks... and it’s a just a tad hard to catch breath in the gym with some strength loss... the water retention is what really sucks though

I'll be super happy with that and then will add mast to my test/tren and up the dose and hopefully knock off another 10lbs and be 175lbs at 10% or under.

Ok guys hit some arms today
Kind of upset I lost some strength
But only one rep on close grip bench press
Hit close grip bench 315 for 2 reps struggled for 3 harddd
Was very tired so cut it short but still did 20 mins of cardio and hit my tris pretty hard and heavy
Sides are still there sweating balls and lethargic but I’m looking much leaner everyone who sees me says I’m looking leaner and my girl keeps getting upset saying who are you doing this for blah blah blah lol

Ok guys yesterday I hit a crazy upper body workout for a pump only with cardio felt great first time wearing a T to the gym in awhile a lot of guys were saying I look big.... but just a lot less body fat ahaha
Thank god today is my last day at 400mg tomorrow I start 200mg until Thursday so the water comes off by Sunday when I start my lean bulk
I will be weighing in tomorrow before my workout and I feel like I’m holding a lot of water I’m happy to be done with 400 cuz it’s so uncomfortable at night also during the day because I’m bloated and barely sleep drenched in sweat
Another one too is I’ve been getting some horrible dnp gas smells like a dead animal for real
The bloated feel makes it hard to chug down water but I at least get a gallon in for sure

Can’t even imagine, also I was reading a sticky on some other forum where it says for the dnp to clear system and drop water takes 4-5 days from last dnp dose so in that case I’ll be running my last 200mg dose on Wednesday for a total of 9 days at 200mg and 7 days at 400mg that’ll give me the opportunity to start carbing up and start the muscle building process the Sunday after that

Ya man I ran out Gatorade so I bought green tea powder and throw sea salt in it hoping that would help up my metabolism while I lift and salt my foods

Final chest day on dnp and diet yesterday somewhat happy with my bench press numbers
315 for 10 reps at 215
After that set I tried to go heavier but my muscular endurance was shot so I did a lot of drop sets and light weight
Barbell bench and barbell incline with some light dumbbell work was the compound lifts with a lot of accessory work
Hit some back today the energy is getting pretty bad can’t wait to be off dnp and carb up still barbell rowed 315 for 12 need to get some gloves though because the bar keeps slipping! Barbell rows and T bar we’re the compounds of the day with a lot of accessory work
Once this water drops off me from the dnp I’m assuming I will drop anywhere from 205-210lbs, let’s hope

Ok brothers did some legs today with a lot of high reps and single leg movements for the squeeze with some cardio... a better workout than yesterday for sure still sweating a lot and noticeable performance decrease but hopefully losing body fat still tomorrow the last day of dnp and i got shoulders and cardio
Another side from the lack of carbs and dnp would be low libido energy and a bit snappy finding it harder to control my anger... diet sodas have been helping to curb the sweet tooth and carb cravings... just gotta keep telling myself 5 more days to the carb up... I’m weird this has been literally all that’s on my mind and planning out my future cheat day hahahaha .... but I will show everyone and most importantly myself I’ll do whatever it takes!

Today was my last day of dnp thank god! I will continue the diet through to Saturday and ease into a lean bulk on Sunday today was a shitty shoulder workout but I’m glad I got it done and dnp is over! Now I’m just waiting to eat some dam carbs! I will post up final weight loss Saturday morning
