After doing my own research both on and off the forums here is what I have came to cunclusion with for my very first cycle !!!! Plz feel free to input any info is appreciated

10-11% BF
Been working out for 6 years have solid meal plan and workout split I follow looking to gain lean muscle mass

12 week cycle......

Test E -600mg 2xperwk

300mg Am

300mg Pm

Aromasin 25mg ED

N2guard

Pct (2 weeks after last pin)

Colmid 100/75/50/50

Aromasin 25mg ED ....

There it is what are your thoughts guys !!!

Looks pretty solid bro!

For your 1st cycle I’d run the test at 500mg per week and extend the length of the cycle out a couple weeks. Be using the same amount of gear, but go two weeks longer.

Try using test at 500mg/week. 25mg of Aromasin ED during your cycle will crash your E2. Start out with 12.5mg twice a week during the cycle and adjust from there. During your PCT run the Aromasin at 12.5mg/ED.

I agree with getting bloods I’m on my first cycle a month in and regret not getting bloods for a baseline. I plan on getting them in a couple weeks

I'd extend the cycle to 15 weeks for sure. Keep the aromasin to 12.5mg twice a week and adjust as needed.
Also there's no need to to pin twice a day bro. Test e is a long ester. A few hours in between pins won't matter and is a waste of needles. One pin twice a week is just fine. So pin say Tuesday and then on Friday. 1200mg a week is high for a first cycle. 500mg a week Will do u justice.

N2 guard is shit. Get u some nac dose 1200mg a day.
I don't see hcg included in ur cycle it should be if u care about recovery. 500iu/week Will keep your boys nice and full

I think his pct is 4 Weeks. He’s using Clovis for 4 Weeks, starting 2 Weeks after his last injection.

As others have stated your plan needs some work.

No need to pin test 2x day. I'd bump it down too as its your first cycle to 500 mg/wk or even less to see how you react.

No need to take aromasin ED, E3D will work and you might not even need it at all. It is not needed during pct. Add nolvadex into pct as well as HCG at end of cycle.

Save the var for another day.

15 weeks for the length of the First cycle:
Test E 500mg-600mg/week
12.5mg Aromasin Twice a week
HCG:500iu/week for recovery if you care about it
Nolva:40/40/20/20
there will be better 4 weeks PCT from the last pin

I would just do 500mg like everyone is saying and if you're worried about estrogen side effects see if you can get arimidex
