Hi there, 40 year old here. Stats are 6’00” 225lb and about 14% BF. Training for 25 years now. Glad I still fit into 34in jeans ��.
I’ve done a couple of cycles of test, deca, and SARMS, all in very mild doses. I’m just interested in looking good naked, and add quality to life and health.
