So, I started doing fasted workouts and intermittent fasting, etc, and I think all this fasting has bought my metabolism to a grinding hault.
What do you guys suggest I do to speed up my metabolism??
Details on me, 27yo, 170lbs, 5'8" 15% bf, 500mg/wk test c, first cycle.
I want to speed up my metab without packing on more fat.
Also dont want to take any fat loss stuff like clen or whatever.
I'm having a really hard time getting my bf% down any, and its driving me crazy.
What do you guys suggest in order to drop body fat?
I work out 6 days a week, I usually strength train for 45 mins, then do cardio for 30.
Except on ab days, I will do ab stuff for an hour then do cardio for 45 mins.
Cardio I run/bike/stair step machine/step downs, whatever feels right on that day.
