Any one use these things?

Found one at gym, other day. Tried it. Then tried to buy it (wouldn't sell, it was his "vintage weider" from HS)

so I ordered one from eBay.

I have pretty bad scoliosis, so tandem movements are hard to get a pump,on both side. Usually its one or the other, and it causes me to have to alternate focus between, sets to either side.

But this freaking thing is a god send for me.

Set it nice height to cradle elbows, and blast off.

Never felt biceps burn like this in years. Also am doing triceps cable pull downs awesome.

And horizontal shoulder raise

Keeps a nice even starting point.

I think I wanna try the mark bell slingshot to even my crooked ass on the bench

Give these isolators a shot.

Since I'm getting ready for a cut, I've been doing 21s and increasing the weight every rep. Talk about a killer arm workout. People in the gym coming up asking what is that you doing lol.

I was shown 21s by my dad when,I was 15 years old.

In now 34.

21s seperate the cannons from the derringers. Lol

This device , I tried 21s on the first exercise.

This will keep those half reps real strict on 21s

Some one mentioned in another thread starting 21s with 7 full range curls, for a set of 28s

The 21 rep scheme can be utilized with any movement from lat pulls to bench press.

Gotta get creative and lower weighthttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180217/c59a7d8217399150c65c0ea1fc0a752f.jpg

That's one way to do it. But I do my 21s wide grip, regular grip and close grip. For me just give me that overall roundness a bicep suppose to have.
