Back in the days when I was getting hgh from the pharmacy it always came on ice...now wen i get it from sources it doesnt come on ice,just wondering if it should be chilled at all times..

dont you suppose to put the hgh in the fridge only if they are mixed already?

I'vw always played it safe and kept my growth in the fridge, all of it whether dry or mixed as well as the water whether opened or not. After mixing I always kept it refrigerated in a reg. pin and drew off of that with the insulin one for my daily shot. I never had any problems doing it this way, but I'm sure others have different opinions. I can say the end result was that it still did the trick for me.

I also keep it stored in the fridge in powder form or reconstituted.

Now Pfizer recommends storage of there Genotropin at room temp (77 degrees) for a period of up to 3 months.

The PDI here is actually saying that prior to reconstituting the mini quick can be kept at room temperature for up to a month. However, it says after reconstituted- you can keep in refrigerator, only for 24 hrs. These are meant to be used in one shot I believe.
