What was the reason they shut yours down.

If you send funds from Coinbase to a source they will close your account. You need to send funds first to another wallet, then to the source. There are several posts on BOP about it.

On coinbase I usually buy bitcoin and send to block chain but the fees were getting expensive so been sending from coinbase my bitcoin wallet. What if I purchased from coinbase but into ETH or LTC then send the funds is it the same as sending from my bitcoin I'm assuming so cause they are all at coinbase?

You can send ether to blockchain and convert it to bitcoin on blockchain now. Are you sending through the main coinbase or GDAX? If you buy coins from coinbase and then log into GDAX with your coinbase info it charges less fee to move it

It sounds more complicated than it is, but bitcoin is really becoming a pain in the ass. It’s value has dropped big time, and the fees are getting ridiculous. It’s a shame because it was awesome at first

Coinbase shut my account down a couple weeks ago. Had quite a bit of Bitcoin in it,they said it would be deposited into my bank account. Worst part is they said it can take up to 30 business days. Fuck Coin base I buy from Coinmama and send straight to my Blockchain account.

Well it’s not quite a black and white answer. Yes it’s a pain and can lose u money, but it is also the most convenient for sponsors and had the potential to be the safest in terms of anonymity
