I have been on the Cytogainer for about a month cause i am a hardgainer. The reason i picked this product is i like the fact it has creatine in it also. I drink two shakes a day,for extra protien i add whole milk in it instead of water. Each shake has 54g of protien. Just wondering has anyone else tried this product? Thank You.
