Wildfire Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Here's another one for you baby1.This one is really easy and very tasty as well.

Total Time 6-8 hours.
Serves 12

Ingredients:

12 lbs pork roast
14 cup water
1 cup bbq sauce (bob evans wildfire)
1 red pepper (thinly sliced)
1 tsp chili powder
12 sandwich bun


Preparation:

Place pork roast into slow cooker. Add 1/4 cup water. Combine Wildfire sauce, red pepper and chili powder. Pour over pork. Cover and heat on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Combine with sauce in slow cooker. Serve on buns.

LOL.Thank you my friend.Winter is the perfect time for these slow cooker meals and this one rocks brotha.Give it a try.Sometimes adding some Jack to the pot while cooking adds a great taste to it as well.

Brother that sounds great, but to me nothing replaces the slow smoker! I have not fired it up in months. Pulled pork is one of my specialties. I make my own bar b que sauce too. Oh how I would love to indulge brother! may have to for a cheat meal! My goal is below 10% BF and I'm hovering around 14-15% right now.... this really makes the turkey patties and brussel sprouts I'm currently forcing down suck that much more lol

Smokers are awesome brotha.Just cant beat the flavor.

Hang in there brother,you'll hit those goals.A cheat every now and then is ok and actually quite helpful in continual gains.As long as those cheat meals don't become an everyday thing.LOL

I love the smoker bro.... My brother and I compete professionally and there is nothing like fresh homestyle barbeque. That is my one main craving that I have. It's gonna be one helluva cheat day when it happens. It will definately be worth the wait:p.
