Alright must of you prob wont like this hook up but i gotta share with you Bros what swole me up in the inside and i still eat now almost everyday,plus its cheap and easy. You need Ramen Noodles and tuna,fish steaks,sardines,beef stick,onions,pickle,mayo,and honey. First need to cook noodles and cut up all the meats and slice up ur beef stick,onions,pickle. Next in one big bowl you mix everything together and dont forget to put in one spoon of mayo and about three squits of honey. Like i said most of you Bros are prob thinking disgusting but am telling you boys it hits the spot and blows you up.
