CHIA SEED BENEFITS

They form a jello-like pillow around the seed when you soak them. They basically taste like nothing. But what I've found works perfect is the Mio (Strawberry-Watermelon) and it tastes like you are eating fruit puree with seeds still in it. It's great!!!
