I'll update here periodically. I suck at spelling. I may be wrong.

Stats: Almost 30yrs, 5'8, 190lbs, 10%BF

Supps:
100% whey isolate
PB powder
Multi
Fish oil
BCAAs
Pre work out

Cycle:
1-6 Test Prop 75mg EOD
1-6 Tren Ace 100mg EOD
6-12/14 Test Prop 100mg EOD
5-12 Anavar 100mg ED

HGH 2-4iu ramp 6 months min (first time running)
7 on

Adex 0.5 E3D as needed
HCG 250iu E5D

Pct: Typical Clomid/Novla

Diet: Carb cycling
Mon-Thurs <30g carbs (mostly bs toppings and veggies)
Friday ~80g carbs
Sat <30g carbs
Sunday ~200g carbs

Cardio - HIIT (end of work out)
5-6 days a week, 10-13 mins
5 sprints total
Heart-rate 125-170mbpm

Training
Days - depends on how I feel
10-15 reps
4 sets strength/heavier weight first
Pump/superset to finish 15-20 reps
2-3 body part split

Goals - fucking kill it

2 weeks into cycle. I look leaner daily. No cardio on leg day but doing it at least 5x week. No cardio on leg day. 3 days off a week on training. Volume training is really the key for me. I'm maintaining my same body weight too. Thanks tren.

I also decided to do 2iu upon waking and 1iu around 3-5 depending on when I eat.

Fastest cardio in the am.
