Spicy Marinated Flank Steak

Total Time 2-3 Hrs (with marinating)

Ingredients

1 1/2 pound Flank Steak(trimmed)
6 oz Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Ground Cumin seed
1 Tbsp Mrs Dash Salt Free Tomato,Basil & Garlic Seasoning
2 tsp Habenero Pepper Sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 cloves Garlic, minced

Directions
Score flank steak on both sides.

Mix red wine vinegar, lime juice, hot sauce, garlic, cumin, steak seasoning, and worcestershire together.

Place flank steak in plastic bag and pour marinade over the meat. Marinate for 2-3 hours.

Grill steak 6 - 7 minutes per side.

Remove from grill and let set for 5 minutes. Slice the meat thinly against the grain.

Served today with a whole grain pasta and mixed veggies.
