Hey y’all I’m starting a log here, for you guys that want to contribute.
Just trying to get more active on the boards and hear yalls advice for this journey

This spring/summer I’m entered into a online YouTube transformation contest ending in about 10 weeks. 13 winners will be picked to win 2500 cash. And I’m trying to get shredded and win some more gear money.
Right now I’m running
615 test cyp/week
450npp week

Unfortunately the gear isn’t from this board. Snagged it from a gym bro. Hope that’s ok. So no porn pics sorry fellas.

Diet is around 2300-2500 cals 225 protein less than 90 fat and the rest of it is carbs

Currently using 40mcg clen pre am fasted cardio (30 mins) with 300mg caffeine pre workout

Also tanning 2xweek with 200mcg mt2 eod.
May cut this out soon cause I already got quite dark, and will be coaching in the sun this summer and don’t want to turn latino and look goofy as I’m normally quite pale.

Training 4xweek in a upper lower powerlifting fashion. I’m signed up to compete in a meet 3 weeks before than transformation

So the last six weeks of the cycle will probably be
500 test
175-300 tren a (first time w/ tren so will see how it goes.)
50 dbol/ day 3 weeks into meet
50 Winny/day after meet for 3 weeks into transformation

May or may not go full speed ahead and hire a bodybuilding coach to look over everything, diet harder and not worry about stregth and pull out of the powerlifting meet. Sorting out the funds for that now.

Anyways this is what we are currently dealing with. Down to about 220 morning weight after a nice and bloated dirty bulk to 250 at my last powerlifting competiton in January. Been at this for about 2 months already. Hence the low cal and cardio!

No lifting today.
40 mcg clen
30 minutes of fasted stair stepper felt like death.
Little bit of a sore throat and chest tightness.
Hopefully that’s just a cold and not the clen

Alright today was a decent workout given how shitty I feel. Definitely devloaping some kind of chest cold. Clearing my through a ton, energy’s down, and struggled catching my air at the gym.

40mcg clen before 30 mins fasted cardio.
Went to class and took a fat nap before deadlifts tonight.

Did 8x3 luckily it was my light speed day. Followed that up with some heavy barbell rows which moved really well. Did 4x10 with 315 here today, Just had to take extra rest than usual due to feeling lightheaded but strength is there!
Then did some quad extensions and abs. A little less volume than usual. But I’ll be killing it again when this blows over.

Pinned 1.3cc npp and .7 test cyp into the left delt today. Nicked my first vein and smelt alcohol and coughed so that was fun lol

On a side note the skin has been clearing up slightly. Been showering at least 2x a day with dove bar soap and applying witch hazel several times a day. This combined with upping the Aromasin to 12.5 ed and tanning seems to have slowed the breakouts. But every damn zit formed seems to be permanent with the dark mark left behind [emoji35]

I’m back in the game.
Took a couple days off for being sick but was feeling good enough to workout today.
Did a nice upper body hypertrophy day and got a sick pump. I recently upped my npp from 300 to 450 and think I’m a little more vascular and hungry than before.

Also hit a new low weigh in of 218 this morning and the back is looking much leaner. Those pesky low back love handles are nearly gone, and that’s where I stored a lot of my fat so I predict Ima start looking much leaner very soon.

Based on how I felt today I should be back to 100 percent and hitting it hard and heavy again this week.

The illness only took me out of missing one squat session, and honestly the low back was a little tight so the right call to make was to push them to next week anyways.

Broke up with the girl of three years a couple months ago and was doing really well, but it’s starting to get to my head again as I saw her tonight cause her friend lives next to my friend and I was on the balcony smoking cigars.

We didn’t speak cause I was up on the deck, but seeing her still fucks with the head a lil bit.

But ima be getting jacked and tan And hopefully a nice fit chick will be headed my way soon brothas

Thanks bro. I’m excited for the end results. Competing at 198 is starting to look like a possibility and Ive still got about 6 more weeks of dieting already the leanest I’ve been in the past couple years until I’ll be outside working in the sun, getting hella dark and adding in tren and Winny.

The diet combined with the npp has definitely increased vascularity. Forearm and bicep veins are visable at all times.

Despite the dailiy cardio and 2300-2500kcal diet still handling volume quite nicely.

Playing around with a lower fat diet for more preworkout carbs and the pump is real brothas.

Still feeling stuffy and lightheaded in the gym but got it done.

Warmup superset 4x20 lat pulls, pressdowns, facepulls

Speed bench 8x3x275
Rep out sets close grip 315-315-225
Dumbbell Bench- 3x20x70lbs
Skull crushers 5 sets last set to failure with assisted reps reps
Chest support row 4x12
Ez bar curls 3x12
Shoulder press machine 3x15
V-bar press downs 3x12
Hammer curls 3x10

And he is gonna start handling my diet starting next week!

Body weight is now consistently right under 220 and the veins and in.
I also have an outtie Bellie button that is much more pronounced this week, means I’m loosing that pesky lower ab fat.

Yeah brothrt npp is the bomb it keeps you looking nice and full when dieting down. If you feel dizzy try adding a little bit of fat to your preworkout meal , like a tablespoon of cononut oil to slow the release of the carbs down

It might be hard with to fit in as I’m trying to stay in the 50-60 (closer to 50) grams of fat per day.
Maybe will a slower digesting carb help?

Some rep deads today.
Vascularity is still up and loving the npp.
No sides besides my typical acne that I’ve gotten from everything.

Melanotan has me dark as fuck already. I’ve only used half a bottle (5 mgs) and I have 3.5 left. This stuff really is great.
I used a super low dose (200 mcg) eod combine with 2xweekly tanning sessions for a month and am already as dark as I’ve been in the past after previous whole summers lifeguarding/coaching in the sun for 50+ hours a week

Now under 220 bodyweight and this is the lightest I’ve been in 2 years. Abs are sweet, but now none of my clothes fit lol.



Still knocking out the am cardio and did some deadlifts today
2x8x425
2x8x315 stiff leg deadlifts
4x12 chest support row- last set dropset
4x12 ham curls slow and squeeze
3x12 shrugs
3x15 bodyweight 45 degree back extensions

Not the best workout, still feeling kinda sick but got it done none the less.

Was logging in my fitness pal and saw the comparison in my transformation in just 2 months. Lost 20lbs inbetween pics and as I feel smaller it’s definitely motivating to see I haven’t lost much size besides the lovehandes/mid section. Check it out y’all 23231

Starting to feel better, hoping to be back 100 percent for heavy squats this weekend.

Sticking to the 30 min daily fasted cardio. Take 20-50mcg clen beforehand and is the only clen use.

Also upped my test and npp in today’s shot. Cause yolo and I want to use up all my npp before my tren comes in and I lower the test.
.9cc test cyp and 1.6 npp for a 2.5cc in the left glute. Handling injections much better than previous cycles. Seems like I can probably hit 3cc in delts/lats/glutes with minimal pip now :)

Great training days the last two days.
Yesterday did my upper body sessions and got a sick nasty pump. Much more vascularity in the my arms after upping the npp. I also upped the carbs a lot preworkout.

Today I traveled to a powerlifting gym and hit some heavy squats. Continued the high carbs and had some nice Cracker Barrel preworkout.
Smashed 507x2 for a p.r and the lowbar squats are feeling good again. I’m going to continue coming here on Saturdays.
Next week or so will still be 750 test and 500 npp
Then we will start the tren and diet a little harder.

I squat heavy once a month so I’m going to use these Friday’s/Saturdays to up the carbs and have some cheat meals to keep the metabolism high and being up the arms/delts and the squats as those are the areas I’m trying to bring up.

Aight guys the weight loss seems to be affecting my bench stregth or today was just an off workout. Still smashing tons of volume and working on form. Today was a rep bench workout and heavy deads Wednesday.

Vascularity in the gym seems to be increasing each workout despite the constant bodyweight and abs continue to pop more. I think I’m either putting on a small amount of muscle or holding some water/ food in my gut causeing the recomp effect

Since Weight loss seems to have slowed. I’m going to play around with upping my clen to 80-100 mcg daily and increasing the am cardio by 10 minutes (now up to 40). Also will throw in extra 20 min hiit bike sessions as schedule allows

Calories will still be around 2500 but I am following Stan efferdings vertical diet approach if any of you are familiar with that.

I also picked up some more test and tren today and in a week or two so will be dropping the npp, decreasing my test from 750 to 500 and adding tren.

This is my first time using tren. I have 25ccs of tren ace and caber on hand. What’s your guys opinionson dosing this.
I was thinking 500 test- starting at 175 tren and ramping up to 300/week if tolerable. Doing this for 8-9 weeks with Winny the last 4 at 50/day

Only sides I seem prone to is acne still trying to figure the cause. Despite 3-4 showers with dawn soap and applying witch hazel daily it’s still an issue.

I’ve been running high test and like 500 npp with no caber, while playing around with arimidex dosesge crashing my estrogen accidentally a couple times, and also have had bloods done showing high e so the acne doesn’t seem to be estrogen related. I think dht May be the culprit, but am not interested in finasteride, nor think the acne is to the point to where I’d consider accutane

Really loving this npp. And melanotan. Getting more comments on how I look at the gym and how dark I’ve gotten weekly.

Pulled 515 for 3 sets of 2.
Wasn’t quite as fast as I’d like but the technique stayed nice and tight

Followed up with two back off sets at 405
3 sets of rows with 225
5x12 ez bar curls
4x10 laying ham curls

Superset 3 rounds 20 leg raises and 20 facepulls

Morning bodyweight was a new low this am of 210lbs.

Feeling great in the gym still sticking to the daily fasted cardio and high volume powerlifting training 4x per week.

I’m at a cross roads here. We are 5 weeks out from the meet and 8 from the transformation.

I’m debating if I should still do the meet or just focus on the transformation. What’s yalls advice? I love powerlifting and although a slim chance winning the 2500 bucks from the transformation is a lot of money for me, and I probably wouldn’t have to work during the next semester of classes if I won that prize money.

I’m starting to look a lot different than before and know with the amount of drugs I have and work I’m willing to put in I can make something great happen. Haven’t slipped up on the diet or morning cardio in weeks.

I’m starting to notice some loss in strength as I’m down 40lbs thus far. I know I could get at least a small total p.r but probably not to 1600 plus I’m looking for. But competing and cutting into the meet would be good experience for the future

Still hitting the am cardio hard 7 days a week up to 40 mins now fasted with 60mcg clen pre workout.

5 weeks to go and am going to really start to Sinch down on the diet during the off days. Still currently eating about 2300-2700 calories per day. 220protein 60-70f and the carbs get manipulated. Based around my 4 lifting days

DRUG wise doing
440 test cyp/week
350 tren ace/week
Started at 2 weeks 175 then 275-now 350
No real negative sides. Yet skin is actually better and all. Slight agression but moreso only when I’m in the gym I’m like a dick now lol.
And 50 Winny per day.
Oh and was using mt2 but got way to tan too quick so will not buy using any of that with my outside summer job coming up lol

Finally starting to look pretty hard in the gym and the vascularity when lifting is insane and I always have ropes running down my arms

For any of y’all that have an eye for competing what bodyfat do you think I’m at based on that most recent picture? Also think it’s possible to get down to some crazy conditioning in the next 5 weeks.

I don’t want to increase my cardio much more, nor push the stims much harder than I am. I’ve also been eating about 2500 calories on average and I can stick to it somewhat comfortably without going nuts. But just wondering what the next move should be! The weight loss seems to have stalled, but I am slowly getting more vascular and harder each week.

I know I’ve heard stories of guys going to 2k or under calories and doing 1 plus hour of cardio a day.

I’ve got my powerlifting meet in two weeks that I’ve still gotta be strong at. I’m at a good position to make the 198 class and if I can just hit my current gym lifts on the platform I’m in for a big wilks score. P.r after that I’m going ham on the cut.

Maybe upping the clen each week. Sticking with the morning cardio adding some afternoon sessions and increasing my workout frequency cause strength will no longer be the priority and going keto on 2k calories.

If I could aggressively get to like dick skin level conditioning I think I’d have a great shot at winning this transformation.

have you done refeeds yet?
2500 isnt terribly low, you could prolly pull just a little more carbs and/or fats...
also, BF % is kinda just a guessing game, its so individual based on sooo many factors... but for fun... i'd say your hovering around 9-12%... i cant see your lower back or legs.. regardless, keep doing what your doing and SLOWLY push forward... you'll respond

Yeah I’ve had a couple of unintentional Saturday binges in a row that I’d consider cheat days/ refeeds. They definitely made me feel better but my weight would blow up several pounds and that’s sorta what had me recomping cause it wouldn’t drop back down till the next week so I’m not doing that anymore lol

I feel ya Jack! Basically a strategic refeed will help fill you out and boost the metabolism when you've been in a deficit for awhile... but the main word here is strategic... gotta be the right time and the right foods... salt to carb ratios and water intake is gonna be paramount.. good luck buddy!

Melanotan has got me dark af. No longer going to use that and I’m honestly surprised as I took such a little amount. Next week I start my summer job where I will be out in the sun all day for 6 weeks and I don’t want to look like I was stranded on gillagans island and turn a different race lol

This weeks diet
Breakfast- 3 eggs with 3 whites 1 English muffin with some pb and jelly

Lunch 1- 1 Cup rice 6 oz chicken
Lunch 2- 1 Cup rice 5oz 90/10 beef
Dinner/ pre bed- whole tub (1 kilo) zero fat Greek yogurt w 3 tablespoon pb

Macros 2200 cal 180c 70f 200p

Drugs
1cc tren ace eod
.5cc test cyp eod
50 Winny pre workout(4xweek)
60mcg clen pre 40 min fasted cardio
200 caffeine 25 ephedrine preworkout

This will be the stack until the meet in two weeks.

After that there is 3 weeks left of shredding into the transformation contest
Test will remain the same. Tren will be dropped to 175/week. .5cc eod
Winny will be upped to 50/day and slam whatever is left the last week (75 or 100 depending on how much I take the next two weeks)

I’m thinking of then switching the diet to keto 1800-2000 calories and I’ll push the stims as much as I can tolerate.

Strength is hanging in there. All in all the heavy training is done. Hitting my openers this week and then resting up next week and cutting weight for weighins next Friday!

Morning bodyweight down to 205lbs so it should be an easy cut to 198 next week. Really trying to be able to do it all through carb sodium and water manipulation as I would like to avoid sweating in a sauna if possible as I’ve never cut water for a powerlifting meet before.

I know more frequent meals would be ideal, but with my work schedule and what’s in the fridge this is the diet plan through Friday lol.
I was doing the whole ifym thing, but I feel like I’m getting better results just eating the same thing every day this week. Easier not to cheat and don’t have to be as anal tracking everything. Although I may have went a little heavy on the pb tonight but fuck it I had to finish that jar haha.

Excited to buckle down further on this diet after the powerlifting meet when strength is no longer a concern.
Despite the low cal I’m still trying to keep a moderate amount of carbs in for the hopes of dropping a couple lbs of water by going keto for a couple days before weigh ins!

What I mean is say meal two is 12 oz chicken and some brocolli and you’re esrinf every two hrs eat 6oz then an hour later eat the other 6 oz. every time you eat your metabolism raises to breakdown your food so more frequent feedings the more you’ll burn [emoji91]

Melanotan has got me dark af. No longer going to use that and I’m honestly surprised as I took such a little amount. Next week I start my summer job where I will be out in the sun all day for 6 weeks and I don’t want to look like I was stranded on gillagans island and turn a different race lol

This weeks diet
Breakfast- 3 eggs with 3 whites 1 English muffin with some pb and jelly

Lunch 1- 1 Cup rice 6 oz chicken
Lunch 2- 1 Cup rice 5oz 90/10 beef
Dinner/ pre bed- whole tub (1 kilo) zero fat Greek yogurt w 3 tablespoon pb

Macros 2200 cal 180c 70f 200p

Drugs
1cc tren ace eod
.5cc test cyp eod
50 Winny pre workout(4xweek)
60mcg clen pre 40 min fasted cardio
200 caffeine 25 ephedrine preworkout

This will be the stack until the meet in two weeks.

After that there is 3 weeks left of shredding into the transformation contest
Test will remain the same. Tren will be dropped to 175/week. .5cc eod
Winny will be upped to 50/day and slam whatever is left the last week (75 or 100 depending on how much I take the next two weeks)

I’m thinking of then switching the diet to keto 1800-2000 calories and I’ll push the stims as much as I can tolerate.

Strength is hanging in there. All in all the heavy training is done. Hitting my openers this week and then resting up next week and cutting weight for weighins next Friday!

Morning bodyweight down to 205lbs so it should be an easy cut to 198 next week. Really trying to be able to do it all through carb sodium and water manipulation as I would like to avoid sweating in a sauna if possible as I’ve never cut water for a powerlifting meet before.

Aight y’all I upped the tren for the meet. Last day of heavy training today. Worked up some moderately heavy squat singles.

Gonna blast as much tren as I can handle for the next week into the competition. 75mg ed. Also shooting 400 test cyp a week with 50 winny/day.

After the meet this weekend I’ll really tighten up on the diet and have enough supplies to run 440 test/week 175tren/ week 50 Winny/ day with clen and Eca into the transformation.

Enjoyed my last cheat meal Friday night and last high carb day today.

In the process of water/sodium loading for the weight cut. Got in two gallons of h20 today and am salting the fuck out of everything.

Gonna do an easy full body pump workout on Monday. Tuesday I’ll play around with 50percent of my planned thirds.

Before the cheat meal I was down to 203lbs weight shot up a bit but should come down when sodium and carbs are lowered.

Going to try and cut down to 190lbs and go for a 3xbw squat and dead (570-580ish) and a 380lb Bench.

If all goes well I’ll be in for a 10lb total personal record at a more than 50lb decrease in bodyweight. This will be a 50 point wilks p.r!

I’ve noticed some nipple sensitivity on my right nip. Never struggled with gyno before even with dbol and much higher test doses. There’s no hard lump but I can feel a small something back there.

I have caber on hand so ima add .5 caber every 2-3 days till the tren gets knocked back down. Will also bump ai from 12.5 eod to 12.5 ed

If you’re feeling weird in the nips

Adex 1mg eod
40mg nokvadex for 7days straight
.5 Caber 3x per week instead of 2
You should be good after that

You can always repeat that ^or do it longer or slightly modified to fit your needs

Aight guys so it’s been three days since I noticed the nipple sensitivity.

I can feel a small lump behind my right nipple. Nothing in the left. No itching or pain hurts when I play with it or something bumps it. Nothing super notcible visiually but I can see some puffiness/ small lump cause I know what to look for.

Took .5 caber 25 asin 40 Nolva on Saturday
40 Nolva 25 Asin yesterday
40 nolva .5 caber 25 asin today
Been pinning 75 tren ed for 4-5 days

Also on 500 test cyp/week and 50 Winny/day

Will prob continue .5 caber eod 25asin ed 40 Nolva a day

This must have happened sometime from when I bumped the tren from 75 eod to 100 eod to 75 ed

I’m really not cool with gyno. I definitely want to zap this while it’s early.
Thinking about only pinning 200 more tren before the meet this weekend

100 on wed/Friday
Then dropping back down to 175/week.

Should I lower it more or come off after this weekend? Really not cool with gyno and want to zap it gone before it’s too late. No way I could afford surgery for the next several years.

Aight guys we are 12 hours out from weigh ins and it looks like ima make the target weight of squeezing in the 198lb class.

Just hit 197.9 on my bathroom scale which I think is a pound or two light. None the less I’m typically drop several pounds overnight so as long as I keep spitting these fat chaws and don’t eat or drink anything else I’m sure I’ll make it.

As far as the cut I sodium and water loaded working up to 3gallons of distilled water yesterday. Salting the fuck out of everything the last week.

Cut out carbs and sodium on Tuesday night. Today I drank some coffee took some natural diuretics and consumed some eggs a protein shake and 4oz chicken with about half a gallon of water before cutting everything out at 1pm.

Sat in the sauna for an hour. Dropped 2lbs. Now just chilling.
Got my hands on an ambien. Gonna take that and ptfo early tonight so I can get on that scale and start eating and drinking again.

Stocked up on tons of goodies as well have two Pedialytes and a minifridge stocked full of gatorades with several beef and rice meals prepped to pack the weight back on.

All in all first weight cut not so bad. Dropped about 10lbs of afternoon walking around weight quite easily. Still seem relatively hydrated, just hungry. Definitely could have pushed the sauna harder if I needed too.

Made weight today y’all!
Looked like a damn Skelton this morning and weighed in two kilos light at 194lbs. By far the lightest and skinniest I’ve been in the past two years.
Here’s what I looked like before driving to weigh ins. 25274

Walking This am I felt like a baby deer the drive through traffic was tough and that first cookie and jug of Pedialyte I had when I got off the scale seeing I made weight was the best thing ever.

Been slamming half dilluted Gatorade all day and eating every two hours till I feel sick. Very uncomfortable blot/ contstipated feeling, but I’m already back up to near 210.

Finally back to pissing clear frequently so got the hydration back which is great. Was worried as it wasn’t till about 8hours after weighing in and 1.5 gallons of liquid that I peed.

Will probably pick up some dominos with the sale going on and try to polish off a large one of those bad boys for tonight with several more bottles of of my half and half Gatorade mixture.

Hoping I can keep this weight on and be about that weight on the platform tomorrow.

Taking a dump would also be cool to get rid of some of this bloated feeling lol

Long post- lots to say!

Meet update! Weighed in at 194lbs meaning I cut like 15lbs of water. Was able to bloat back up to 215 come meet day. The cut left me pretty tired and eating and drinking enough to pack on that 20lbs of bloat was very uncomfortable. But none the less I got it done and enjoyed the process in a challenging masochistic way.

As far as the meet I went 6/9 missing on my thirds. More intelligent lift picks could have granted myself that p.r total.

Finished with a 540squat/375bench/563 deadlift on my second attempts. Total was 1477 shy of my all time best but given my 50lb weight loss since the last competiton but you powerlifter will know what I’m talking about my wilks went up 33points so it was a great performance and improved a lot competively as a lifter.

Now things get “fun”. Buckleing down for the last three weeks of the diet.
Back to fasted am 40min cardio sessions.
Weights are bumped up to 6xweek
Adding 45 min cardio pm on rest/am days

Drug stack for next 3 weeks
ED- 60-140mcg clen depending on workload. I like to take more on less stressful days and vice versus
50mg tren ace ed
70mg test cyp ed
25asin ed
40 Nolva ed
.5caber eod

The asin/Nolva/caber are high to rid that small gyno flair up. Nipples look back to normal and not sensitive but I can still feel a small lump under the right one.

Will likely cut the asin/Nolva in half after this week.

Stay tuned for a physique update soon. The tren is working it’s magic and I’m getting new cuts ed.

Diet for the next three weeks will be as close to 2000cal as possible
Usually about 250p 100-150c 50-65f

Been looking like 3egg three whites 2xday
Dub shake 2xday
150g chicken 150g rice
150g beef 150g rice

I have many faults and lazy isn't one of them. the purpose of this board and all of us guys doing logs and even being here is to help and learn from one another and while doing this to show RESPECT for each other unless one loses that respect. Yeah you caught me at a bad time. Also just pissed I put a lot of effort into this long and guys just want to know where to get melanotan. The shit works good. And I know several sources on this board Carrie it. It’s a very common chemical.

We are 3 days out. I’m shooting my transformation video this friday. I’ve brought on a bodybuilding coach to help with peak week and posing. He’s critiquing videos daily and I think I have quite a shot. He will also be handling my diet for a bodybuilding off season to keep me lean.
