Italian Style Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin
I have this in the slow cooker now.I will post pics when its all done.
Total Time:7-10 hrs with marinating.
Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
1 (2 lb) Pork tenderloin (Trimmed)
1 Cup Fat Free Italian Dressing
3/4 cup red wine
3 Tbsp minced garlic
2tsp of red pepper flakes
Directions
Marinate Pork in Italian dressing for 3-6 hrs.
Place pork tenderloin in a small slow cooker with the marinade. Pour wine over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.
This also makes great pork sandwiches.
