doing 250.200 test e, deca at rhe same time twice a week rt glute no prob left one big ass lump for a good week the goes down.23g 1.5....tender but not real sore and not red i massage it warm the oil and keep clean.........any answers? i cry like a baby with quads...lol

Just massage it and put a warm wash cloth on it 3 times a day.
