Type 1 Diabetic

My friends wife is type 1 diabetic, question is can she just take like a non diabetic or is there anything she needs to watch out for? She is wanting to tone up a bit, knock off a bit of stubborn fat, so i suggested maybe winstrol, or anavar, or clen. Any help appreciated.
