Backdoor into PC?

Is there any way for us members to look and see if someone has hacked into our pc's? If some hacker is as experienced with computers at the same level I'm experienced with bodybuilding then I'm sure it can be done rather easy no? How can us common folk make sure our computers are hack free with our own eyes?

I think that was his point. If you think awk, sed and grep are the names of three characters on the Muppets, you probably don't have the technical chops to determine whether your PC has been hacked. And trying to recruit help tracing a hack from among the members of a bodybuilding forum is a pretty reliable indication that the OP is no threat to Kevin Mitnick.
