So this is almost a full 9 months between left 116lbs and right 103lbs. And take criticism...had i not been a little bitch I would heard the your so lean. As you are too skinny! So much has changed everything from diet, workouts, food timing and the right nutrition and coaching. I want lie this has been one the most challenging and stressful years of my life. The one thing i can say is that I have learned more about me and what my body likes versus what i thought it liked. I can also say that ladies do this shit for YOU! DONT DONT get caught up in the Instagram models .that shit is fake AND UNREALISTIC. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180416/b3978c65e6f2352bac970d9c3c71a7cb.jpg

So I would never normally critics anybody and the hard work that they have put in to change if thier body’s. 9 months of dieting holy shit I could never do it. The mental stress of staying on point t had to be crazy for you.. anyway are you competing and if so when. I personally think at 116lbs if you had more an definition and quad def your bday looks a lot healthier. Your delts and biceps are nice and full where as in the pic on the right they have lost their size considerably. But either way you oook great and kudos for putting in the work that most people could not be DISAplined enough to do...

It is mentally good for and my personality. Goal is for another few rounds and we are focusing quads this quarter. It is extremely difficult for me to put weight on. And I don't consider it dieting...again the structure works. I came from a horrific diet and body issue images in past so the healthy lifestyle and work keeps me focused and mentally healthy.

I do not understand why you wish to be so light/thin, you are working your ass off literally. In nine months you went from healthy looking to looking completely malnourished so my question is WHY? I don't body shame anyone, but I do believe in healthy lifestyles so I mean no disrespect here.

I think you looking good and feeling good is about how you feel not what others think. I also feel a lot of us have some sort of body issues. And yes wanting to look bigger or leaner or whateve is a issue to some degree. If it wasn’t we would be content with just being normal everyday joe who is ok with a little flab. That being said I also am not commenting to make you feel bad but as stated by primo you def went from healthy looking to not so healthy and PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT LOSE ANYMORE WEIGHT. You definitely will look malnourished or someone with a anorexia.. If you train to feel good and healthy go back to the oic on the left. With a little mor contour you could compete in figure. Lose more on the right and you probably will be boarderline on the verge of being sick.. And please remember I am giving a honest opinion and not trying to make anyone feel bad..

Keeping in mind that stage shape is completely different from 'maintenance' shape - no one looks like stage day longer than a day or two after stage day (and typically look better after the post show eating festivities).

Curious if you've had a full blood panel done? Do you know your natural testosterone levels? I've known a few women who really struggled with building mass because of very low estrogen levels.
