Eggs & Oats With Tuna

Here's a super easy and macro rich breakfast that anyone can do.

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

1 Bowl of Cooked Oats
1 Fried Egg
6oz Tuna in Water
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil

Directions

Top bowl of warm cooked oats with canned tuna and fried egg. Drizzle with about 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.Simple enough for ya?? I like to sprinkle some oregano and Italian seasoning on top.

I have just done the cooked oats and tuna with a little pepper and that was like a poor man's chicken and noodles...hmmm, but an egg or egg whites could add a little to it.

The egg really does add a great flavor to this dish brother.Try it out and post up how you like it then.I like to add some Habenero pepper sauce to it as well for even more flavor and some kick.Try it out.

I tried this dish today less the soy sauce and i was suprised how good it was, very tasty and quick i printed it out and added it to my cook book!! thanks F.I.S.T
