Anti est Cycle advice needed

Hey guys,

I’m 42 and have did several cycles over the years. I’m currently 6’1” 205 hovering around 16-18% body fat.

Upcoming 10 week cycle plan:

300mg test cyp/week
300mg Deca/week
d-bol 50mg/daily (first 4/5 weeks)
1mg arimidex/week (maybe more?)
nolva?

I will pin 2 times per week and add the two together at a 50% ratio. I also purchased Clomid, nolva and Arimidex. I haven’t purchase any hcg yet but plan on it if I can find some. I am open for suggestions for anti-est dosage. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Id do .5 adex e3d and increase frequency if your sides get bad, which they shouldnt.

So i take my ai and anti prolactin on the same days monday and thursday and i pin ED bc short ester cycle, but even using long ester it stays the same. keep if literally every 3 days and youll be fine
