Check your diet and reduce sodium.

Other than that, anything OTC isn't going to truly help. High BP also leads to cardiac remodeling. You need to see a doc and get on meds if it is really an issue. Its not worth risking.

Hawthorn berry. Garlic. Olive leaf extract.

Hawthorn berry dropped mine faster and farther than the 20mg lisinopril the doctor had me on for months before I tried the hawthorn. Doesn't work for everyone, neither do approved pharmaceutical meds. Find what works for you and go with it.

Another one for Hawthorn Berry, but also look at Celery Seed Extract. It can act as a mild diuretic which can help quite a bit. I have had results from both of those.

I am not a dr or professional so do not take my word for it and I do not condone this but hypocriticaly a person could order some hydrochloradiazide it a BP med I think that’s how it is spelled. Just google it. All you need is 12.5 mg once a day. It is a water pill and that is why sometimes BP goes up from all the fluid retention. Or just go see a dr.
