Transaction ID help!!!!!!

I purchased bitcoin from square’s cash app yesterday and instead of transferring it to an external wallet and then on to ppl (like I’ve since found out I should have), I sent it directly to ppl’s wallet address. This is my first time using bitcoin to purchase and I’m lost. Cash app doesn’t seem to have a transaction ID and now ppl is asking for it. What should I do? Please help. Newbie in full on panic mode

Might want to contact cash app and see if they can tell you your Bitcoin wallet address and your transaction ID. I use cash app as well but always send to external wallet first
