Hey guys, been doing research on IGF-1 to supplement my current cycling. I usually just switch between Test/Deca and Test/Tren cycles.

I don’t use orals as they cause nausea for me and I am happy with gains I get from injection only cycles.

I am interest in IGF-1 both for rejuentative properties (injuries/tendons) as well as muscle building properties alongside my cycling.

I am trying to understand the beginners dosage where I will get noticeable results, some say 40-50mcg ED others say 75mg ED for 4 weeks.

Just trying to start off on the right foot and not take more than I need too. This my first peptide and only I will be running.

Have you thought about hgh? Why igf as opposed to hgh? Sorry I don't know the answer to you're actual question just wondering why you picked igf over hgh.

well HGH is precursor to IGF if I understand correctly. So IGF is powerful in its own right and it’s short cycle use is appealing. HGH is expensive for me at this point and requires more long term use to see results. Not something I am willing to do at this point.

At this point starting with IGF seems to be a nice first step leaving the door open to HGH down the road. Not a right or wrong answer.

Totally understand! Hgh is a commitment to spending a good amount of money! I've never done igf by itself but I did some digging last night.

From what I have seen from my reading it depends on the form of igf you have access to. Igf-lr3 has a shorter halflife and the recommended dosage is what you've mentioned: 40-50mcg daily, preferably around the time of your workout.

Igf1-des has a shorter half-life and seems to have a higher dosage allowance due to that. Same protocol, pre or post workout, but you could range from 50-10mcg daily.

I hope this helps! Hopefully someone with experience using it can chime in and give their take on it! I have igf-lr3 sitting in the fridge waiting for me to use during a bridge between hgh cycles.

There are not test to find out how potent your igf is or if it's even real.

Remember HGH is responsible for most of the fat loss effects. When HGH gets into the bloods stream for the first hour it releases fatty acids into the blood and is soley responsible for fat oxidation. If you were to do IGF you'd miss out on all the HGH raw benefits. IGF is the biproduct thats elevated after HGH gets into the blood stream. I could be off a little but from the research I've read you would be missing a lot of the benefits of HGH if you went IGF instead. May as well get both the HGH and IGF benefits by taking HGH.

Thats the thing too. You're right Chamack. We dont have acess to increlex. Increlex is the only actual IGF similiar to the byproduct of HGH. Its $38,000 for 10 mg of it. IGF1 lR3 and IGFDES are not the same IGF as the IGF that is elevated by HGH.

Do we have a suggested sponsor here for IR3?
