So to combat my brain and to practice what I preach, I’m starting this log... I don’t know why my head has to always be my damn enemy... I sincerely hope that somewhere along this path, I reach a point where my entire being is aligned and operating in unison... mind, body and spirit...

I noticed I’ve conveniently not logged my food intake the past 4 days. Deciding I’m perfectly able to not have to log it and can eye ball it with accuracy... lol, nice try lying ass brain... so anyway, I plan to start simple with the log and work my way up in the details as time goes on.... so starting tomorrow, I will be accountable to the hood and to myself...

If it wasn’t for the my fitnesspal app, I’d be screwed lol... I rely on that app so much..

I totally get the time to eat thing, my meals are literally under 5 min. But now I don’t have a problem pushing the pause button and going out to the truck to get a quick small meal in... I have to force myself sometimes because I’d rather not break momentum of the work flow... but I’m always seeing the benefit after by simply taking the quick breaks to fuel up...

haha...Sorry, work has been over the top these past couple of weeks, and I give myself like 2 minutes a day to check in here...like I said before you are either worried about having enough to keep everyone busy or worried about how everyone is going to get done. One day last week, worked all day, went home and had dinner, then came back and worked all night...rough week. you'll feel my soft gentle touch again soon...I promise...

Lol your logs aren’t lame brother... I literally added the meals solely for the purpose to keeping my head honest. Incase I think of cheating during the day. Like corn dogs from the gas station lol. I’ll know I’ll have to write it... so it’s another buffer I’m adding to help keep me focused ;0)

It’s not just about throwing weights and jamming needles in our ass’s. I see a lot of these young bucks with no clue ready to jump on the juice and GET BIG... Good for you Cowboy. I love it . Now I am gonna go home and weight out a pound of ground beef and two cups of white rice and destroy it like it’s my last meal and I am on death row.. FUCK YEA!!!

Today was my bitch... I was both very unmotivated but motivated at the same time... confusing no?!? It was to me too lol... there’s an internal battle going on inside me. Mental vs Physical... it’s simply the change though... there’s a metamorphosis happening and there’s a fight against the work it takes to achieve it... grateful today for the thought of BOP and my brothers here.. you guys inspire the fuck out of me and are that extra umph needed in my battles.. I sincerely am grateful for the brotherhood and for all of you.. my E is still tanked so it’s not that talking lol.. but as I bring it back up I may get all mushy and teary eyed over it lol... y’all have given me a new drive and purpose. You saved me from social media and surrounded me with excellence... there’s been a noticeable change in the quality of life and it’s strictly because of BOP...

my workout today, I just went to town on my shoulders and back... kept it light-mid range weight and combined 3-4 exercises in each set... just went to failure. Practicing strict form, slow and controlled. No bouncing, tugging, using other parts to assist lol... my traps are on fire thanks to Borns insane trap moves... but it made me really realize, by slow and controlled, just how easily fatigued I get... I’m also excited for this discovery because now I’ll focus on conditioning a bit more and can’t wait to see the results later down the road...

finished off with 30min Eliptical, setting 12, 3.5miles

8:00pm will be:

Today was supposed to be leg day... I actually use to hate leg day... but it’s now my favorite gym day... however, I had to push it until tomorrow. I am working a 12 story new construction building and of course all my work is on the 12th floor... so it’s 24 sets of stairs 20+ times today, plus tomorrow over 12 hours per day at least... at least it’s broken up throughout the day ;0) ... so today ended up being a hodgepodge of everything upper body... about 4-6 sets bi’s, tri’s, shoulders, back, chest.. I hate when I don’t have a set plan going into the gym... it messes with my head and ruins my flow lol... but I got a decent pump and feel good that I’ll have my legs to carry me through the day tomorrow... and it’s prevailing wage work so, hello future hgh purchase lol... tomorrow I’m going to crush leg day

I did finish off with 45min Eliptical, setting 12, 5.0 miles... yes I’m slow lol. I plan to get faster as time goes on.

As I have gotten much larger I cant jump down from my truck anymore and some days the back and forth up and down to my winch freaking kills me worse than carrying a freaking tree piece by piece.

Today was supposed to be leg day... I actually use to hate leg day... but it’s now my favorite gym day... however, I had to push it until tomorrow. I am working a 12 story new construction building and of course all my work is on the 12th floor... so it’s 24 sets of stairs 20+ times today, plus tomorrow over 12 hours per day at least... at least it’s broken up throughout the day ;0) ... so today ended up being a hodgepodge of everything upper body... about 4-6 sets bi’s, tri’s, shoulders, back, chest.. I hate when I don’t have a set plan going into the gym... it messes with my head and ruins my flow lol... but I got a decent pump and feel good that I’ll have my legs to carry me through the day tomorrow... and it’s prevailing wage work so, hello future hgh purchase lol... tomorrow I’m going to crush leg day

I did finish off with 45min Eliptical, setting 12, 5.0 miles... yes I’m slow lol. I plan to get faster as time goes on.

As I have gotten much larger I cant jump down from my truck anymore and some days the back and forth up and down to my winch freaking kills me worse than carrying a freaking tree piece by piece.

Awesomely thorough once again!

It was brutal... then add in up and down the 16’ ladder all day on top lol... I’m done crying now, but geezus bro, I met my match the past two days!

But man the jumping down from the truck is how one fucks an ankle off lol... I’ll sit and lower myself every damn time!

Left my lunch box on the kitchen counter this morning... had horrible nights sleep and apparently left my brain at home... needless to say my food options were not ideal... I typically use Saturday morning as my cheat meal. I love to go out and eat a big ass, egg, bacon, sausage, ham, jalapeño and chorizo scramble with a couple pancakes... I still stay within my caloric range, but obviously not the best ingredients... But I fucked myself out of that by leaving my lunch box and eating garbage today... it is what it is. I’m sad about not getting my breakfast tomorrow though lol... going to just be eggs n chalula I guess...

Worked that same job as yesterday and I decided I hate stairs and glad I choose to do the elliptical at the gym instead of the stairs lol... good choice not to do legs yesterday as my trips up and down were far more than yesterday thanks fully to my dumb ass co-workers in efficiencies... I just kept my heavy ass tool belt on and got it done regardless... ladders and stairs. Glad it’s over.

Blasted legs today, I went with the mindset I’d keep it light and go for just a pump... since my legs were already on fire from the past two days... really finish them off good going into my two back to back days off from the gym.... BUT, after a few sets I called it a warm up and went to town... added an extra plate to the sled, happy about that, still frustrated my squats are hindered due to my fat ass spinal cord poking out and can’t wait for my born inspired traps to grow and help cushion the weight from resting on it lol... I saw a guy use one of those pillows you use on an airplane... wish I would’ve inquired what, how and why he was using it... though I feel I can make an educated guess, I truly hate assuming anything anymore and would rather hear it from the horses mouth... regardless I’ll be a penguin the next couple days I’m thinking going off how the legs feel right now....

Finished off with easy 30 min on elliptical, setting 10, 3.0 miles to seal the first week back at cardio in almost 2 months...

Anyway, time to make some posts, read through some posts and do my nightly winding down routine of BOP, lay in bed and then hopefully make up sleep from last nights not so good efforts...

Today I did a quickie at the gym without cardio so I could make my full blood donation appointment with the Red Cross...

The added cardio to the end of my routine has already shown that it’s benefiting me. My resting heart rate has dipped below 70 once again finally... it had been pegged over 100 for quite some time.. I’ll continue cardio and tweaking the diet and my goal is to get back down into the 50’s, if that’s even possible anymore.. we shall see...

I did shoulders and back and will hit them again Thursday to double dip and be more thorough. I feel my back is my most under developed area on my body so I will most likely up it to twice a week depending how my body is responding... I would like to see more response from my back... it’s a little tricky as I’m missing most of my left side lat muscle and possibly a bit more into the back? Not sure how much was cut away during the surgeries I had when they removed my rib 10 and then again to sever/remove a section of nerve after a bull riding injury... I just know I have a hole there and when I try to pretend I have lat muscles my right side V’s while my left side kind of just abruptly ends lol... anyway, I would like to see what I can develop and get back and to fill out more on my backside so I’m not just building up my front side of the trunk...

I honestly thought I’d be feeling more from the regimen I’m pinning... but to be honest, I feel like Ive come off cycle and back to cruise... I’ll pull bloods in 2 more weeks just to check on things... hopefully I can continue with the zero sides and start feeling the benefits as well ;0) I’d be cool with that...

Obliterated my arms today... despite crying inside my head about the heat and my ghetto ass gym not having air conditioning... I swear I annoy myself sometimes... just stfu cowboy and get the work done... minus the crybaby bullshit... on the plus side, the 65’s are now my bitch.. no more bouncing from week to week not knowing if I can hit them... 6-8 clean slow reps for 6 sets.. happy to report no more plateau ;0) I did however, skip cardio... I don’t feel bad about it either... I’ll make up for it on Saturday’s hike anyway.. I honestly am not a fan of cardio when it’s over 80 fucking degrees in the damn gym... I don’t even mind the weight... as long as I’m seeing the fat disappear I’m totally fine with the weight staying around 230-240 range... obviously I want that number to go up as my brother goes down though... I’ll be a happy camper at 280ish and 12% ?... but it’s the waiting for the flappy loose stuff to go away that I’m impatient about lol... but damn if the fat thickness isn’t just melting away... every day I can feel it’s less and less thick.. my hairy bagel is now more like flappy vagina lips [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

As for the missing lat, that was thanks to my dumbass rolling the wrong way after I got bucked off in a competition... rolled right under the beast and tripped him.. he fell right on top of me, t-bagging my face and crushing my entire upper body... problem was I just thought it was a few busted ribs and continued to compete each month for the next few months... I didn’t know my entire upper body trunk was broken multiple times.. each rib, front and back had 2 or 3 fractures in each.. collar bone was busted and my whole frame was kind of lopsided lol... problem is you only feel one source of pain, the most painful pain point at any given time... so my rib 10 area in my back was the most pain filled spot I guess... that’s why I just thought I had a few busted ribs in the back and continued on riding... well I couldn’t ride for shit... I was letting go on every damn ride without meaning too.. figured my mental game was off so I went out to the big rock creek ranch to try out an old ass practice bull I loved to ride for fun. Try to get my head game back... I rode him and jumped off all normal and he caught me in the back with his buck off move (I felt it through my vest) and it hurt like hell... it bugged me for a couple hours and it wasn’t a normal feeling this time. So I went to the high end rich people’s hospital 2 1/2 hours away and they did a rib detail scan thingy... that’s how I found out everything was broken lol.. they said they’d have to basically re-break everything, cut some places out and put me back together with screws and pins and let everything grow back over the pins and such... well rib 10 has that nerve behind it, which was the source of my pain... so before any surgery was to be done they wanted to try to block the nerve and then after a few visits and that painful injections weren’t working they tried to kill it with a shit if alcohol... that was the worst... didn’t work... so they cut me open, took out big piece of that rib, cut away the nerve and meshed me back together I guess... but the doctor said because of the new flexibility and the way i was already healing, I wouldn’t need all the screws and pins and stuff... which I still didn’t understand why the change of direction... but during the procedure they removed quite a bit of muscle... which I don’t understand why it had to happen... but it did.. so now it’s just a hole there and no V... we shall see what I can get to grow there though ;0)

Today was chest day. Would love to report I crushed it today. However, my performance was mediocre at best.. just got through each set, checked off my boxes as I completed each one and forced myself down the list until finished... including 30 min elliptical, setting 12, 3.5 miles...
the heat, I dislike it very much... I may just pay the extra money and get a few months over at the hoity toity upperclass gym and take advantage of the air conditioned space lol... today was a tough one physically at work and I exhausted myself spinning pipe 30’ up in the nice hot peaks of this warehouse build I’m on the next couple of days... all geared up and safety equipment too, sends my core temp through the roof and I wear out within the first half of the day... and unfortunately for the pacific north west, our peak heat isn’t until 5pm.. so it just gets unforgiving all dang day lol... but good news is, storm clouds a brewing. Outa knock down the temp 10-15 degrees for tomorrow!!

I think 7 or eight shoulder operations now.

He won but tgey scored him in the upper 80's and I was pissed because it was hands down the most picturesque ride I have ever seen in thousands of shows.

I couldn’t even get my points to keep my card lol... every damn season I paid the $250 and tried again and again... fact of the matter is/was, I suck at competing... for whatever reason... I can ride the same breeders bulls in practice pens all day long... but when it came time to compete, I got annihilated... season Enders, right off the bat... but I’d try again anyway and come up short every time... I was basically donating hundreds each event, when I could ride the same bulls, minus the entry fees for $10 a gate pull on Wednesday nights...

What a friggin story though man!! I didn’t even know you could get fined for no shows!! Your brother sounds like one hell of a guy!!! But from what I gather from you yourself, it’s a no brainer... you’re a down to earth epic friggin bad ass yourself!

I just want to kind of get a better sense internally how everything’s connecting and working... feeling it while visualizing it...

After the gym I went and got a massage.. best idea... but then after I was starving!!! So I went and treated myself since I was low on calories for the day anyway... I do feel a little guilty, but I’m refusing to give up my cheat breakfast meal Saturday lol... but I know for a fact I’m running a little deep into my deficit this week.. without the ability to properly monitor my output though, I guess I’ll never know truly... but the way I work and sweat, at least 6 of the 10 hours at work is full blown lifting, pushing and pulling, climbing ladders and stairs etc... then gym time... I’m not justifying here, but reminding myself to be careful not to cross the line into starvation mode, but to keep my ass in check to not use deficit as an excuse to wander off the path... I’ve ran much lower dosages with much higher results... I definitely don’t feel like I’m taking 100mg per day that’s for sure... bummer, it wasn’t cheap.

First cycle I used anavar. I can’t seem to figure out how to use quotes with Tapatalk but put that Var in quotes. At 50mg a day I got a raging pump ONCE in my forearms the entire cycle. It was so bad I couldn’t hold the weight to lift lol. Will be trying ZPHC next cycle. Hoping they live up to the hype.

Feel like sharing the bunk brand? We definitely won’t tell anyone...or everyone lol.

And man....stay outta starvation. The way you work, that shit will make you sick and we can’t have that. The log goes on!

I’m a complete newbie to this shit so I guess this goes with the experience, but I’d rather have one 30ml bottle of Robolics Anavar than the 4 50ml bottles I’ll be sitting on for a while now.

40ml of RoboVar an hour before an arm workout has my muscles feeling like they’re going to rip through my skin. Not exaggerating about the phone thing [emoji23]

80ml dosed at 6:30 and 11:00 preworkout of this other very popular shit doesn’t even compare...only positives, it smells and tastes better and has a flashy label...I think my gf just got an early Christmas present, now I’m worried about the cycle I had lined up for my own Christmas lol

Back to the robo, I can deal with the acid reflux for another week haha

Yeah the dude wasn’t even a legit sponsor here, he kind of snuck one past everyone... it’s weird though because others reported that dudes gear was gtg.. Gear-Tech was the guy... I can say without a doubt that this anavar is garbage... I’d bet anything on it... I’ve been taking 100mg per day since June 2nd... nothing... I feel l/have felt absolutely nothing... his gear, i feel nothing other than lethargic and like I have low T again...

Oh well... live and learn... I know this SL gear I have is legit... so I’ll just switch over starting tomorrow and I will figure it out within a day or two I imagine... I will just finish off the protein caps he called var... irritates me though. Shit wasn’t cheap and I still have 100 50mg caps of his “winny” ... which I’ll just assume is garbage as well... no point in sending off to a lab for testing... I’m not wasting another penny on it or any more of my time... he’s not even around anyway to confront... I’ll never order from a new source again until they’re tested tried and proven theirselves. That’s a fact...

I guess there’s hemorrhoids, but also my intestines are popping out a bit as well when I put pressure down there. So poopin, lifting, squatting etc... so they’ll band the hemmies, one this time and the next appointment in 8 weeks they’ll do the final two bands... I gotta do PT to learn how to build my sphincter muscles up to make sure my insides stay in... I have to not sit so long to take a dump, so no more phone while doing biz... it’s putting to much pressure down there... my diets already along the lines they’re suggesting and I don’t ever have an issue with constipation anyway so no worries there... she said I can do workouts, just nothing to put pressure there until the bands all fall off... by then the PT should have me up to snuff and getting stronger to help keep things where they should be...

I guess my stomach issues from when I was a kid is possibly the reasons I’m going through this now...

I only enhanced one so you can see the difference... enhanced is how my eyes see it live... found some random ass cool cars out in the middle but of no where too... easy fire trail, so I jogged the whole way in, relaxed a bit and ate my snacks, enjoyed the view and walked back to car... enjoy your Saturday brothers!!

I’ve learned to put my camera down and just enjoy what I’m experiencing... pictures never do it justice anyway. I’ll snap a pic or two, but I don’t worry about lighting and trying to capture the perfect pic...

I’ve missed some pretty amazing moments, trying to capture the moment... never again.. a pic or two just as a reminder maybe. But not focused on it...

I've got a few camping/float trips coming up, I'll be trout fishing enjoying myself while everyone else gets shitfaced melting in the sun and probably ends up sleeping on top of their tents

PS: I just ordered some roidtests, OCD took over after I switched back for my second dose of the day and got that old feeling...got that pump back on resistant bands I had hanging in the closet haha

Once bow season rolls around I'll be spending 4am-6pm in the woods every day whether its 70 degrees or 15, till all my tags are filled and the freezer is packed full. Fuckin love that shit

I've got a few camping/float trips coming up, I'll be trout fishing enjoying myself while everyone else gets shitfaced melting in the sun and probably ends up sleeping on top of their tents

PS: I just ordered some roidtests, OCD took over after I switched back for my second dose of the day and got that old feeling...got that pump back on resistant bands I had hanging in the closet haha

There’s literally no golds gyms out here lol) and literally throwing dumbbells down after each set... I explained to them that 1. If they’re unable to properly set the weight down after their set is complete, it’s to heavy for them... and 2. if their fucking dumbbells touch my goddamn body after they throw them, I will no joke smash their fucking heads in with a 45lb plate on their next set... they puffed up their chests and started running their mouths a little bit... I smiled at them and simply stated, all they had to do was touch me with one goddamn dumbbell. Otherwise their gum flapping was meaningless.... all they proceeded to do was mad dog me in the mirror and do chin raises at me... but they sure didn’t throw the fucking dumbbells... I announced I’d be finishing in a few more sets if they cared to talk... Then after, I blew them a kiss and walked out to my car... they did not come out... maybe it’s the heat... maybe the crappy sleep last night... maybe the exhausting day... Seriously! Lack of respect for the gym, the people and for the equipment... an 85 pounder won’t feel good bouncing off anyone... if it touches any of the big ass mirrors, they’re going to shatter... that can cause a number of issues on its own... you can not predict which way and octagon shaped rubber dumbbell is going to go as it hits, each time it hits... at least they got a warning... 10 years ago they wouldn’t have gotten that much... I feel decent about my response... maybe next time I can do so without threatening of bodily harm.. progress not perfection though ;0) But I can be better about watching my words at least... or choosing better words.. but I doubt they would’ve been receptive to any less of an approach... I’m just glad one didn’t touch me.. I like my freedom..

From my hike this morning... I had to enhance the colors in order to get it to look like it was in person... so crazy how blue the water is!!! I only enhanced one so you can see the difference... enhanced is how my eyes see it live... found some random ass cool cars out in the middle but of no where too... easy fire trail, so I jogged the whole way in, relaxed a bit and ate my snacks, enjoyed the view and walked back to car... enjoy your Saturday brothers!!

It’s called the tamolitch blue pools.. on the McKenzie river... out towards Bend, OR.. it’s an easy hike, good run if you go early enough, awesome to dip in IF you go late August early September... otherwise your balls will retreat so far into your stomach... very relaxing to sit and stare at though ;0)

Good day at the gym today!!! All the regulars, considerate, nod your head in acknowledgement, people asking if they’re finished with machines, the temp wasn’t too bad... fuck yeah. My kind of day at the gym ;0)

Shoulders and back today... The pump was so insanely painful today in my front delts.... mainly my left one... but definitely in both.... i tried stretching it out between sets and it didn’t help... the shoulder press machine seemed to do the trick for whatever reason though... I kept the reps slow and felt it really pushing down, stretching them out... I switched to my back exercises and then returned to burn out shoulder sets with the 10lb plates, combining 3 moves into one set until I can’t lift the plates any more... the pump came rearing it’s ugly head with a fierceness... I feel like I short changed my back though and will add 6-8 sets in on Friday clean up day... as well as some tri’s... they didn’t get sore this past Monday for what ever reason.. time to take things up a notch...

Only made it 30min on elliptical, 3.5 miles, setting 12, 130-135 strides pace full time...

My wife went thru similar problems after giving birth each time, and I got a front row seat to the pain and agony she went thru. Would leg curls help...or even Romanian deadlifts? ...slow, and keeping flexed and tight the whole range of motion is what I would think might be beneficial. I hope things get figured out quickly for you.

I've read that before, that the toilets we use here are actually not good for us. Supposedly the Asian cultures have the right idea with their holes in the ground that they squat over. It's a better, more relaxed position that uses gravity, rather than any internal pushing.

Yeah my doc for this, is actually an obgyn and she said this isn’t typical issue of men. Mainly women and from child birthing... luckily this will all be over in just a matter of time...

I’m definitely open to any and all leg exercises that won’t put pressure in the butthole area.. I’m just concerned about underdevelopment. I want big legs and to hit the glutes as well to get me an ass like Born... luckily from what I’m seeing there’s a lot of options to hit all leg muscles without having to do squats or the sled... but, I CAN do light weight, as long as it’s not putting to much pressure down there.. so no real straining... for now anyway... once the band severs the hemmies it’s gtg I believe... as for the prolapse issue, I don’t think it’s as bad as she thinks... I mean this first round/band, is keeping more than half of what was coming out up in there... I’m convinced if we did the other two right now, everything would stay up there... but better safe than sorry... maybe I’ll tie some dumbbells to my nuts and lift n squeeze muh cheeks... not sure how else to tighten and toughen the old sphincter lol

She said my sitting for too long (playing on phone etc) is a big part of problem... in that position on a regular toilet, it causes these types of issues to happen... especially if you have digestive issues such as constipation or even horrible strenuous diarrhea... the Asian had it right all along

Cause the point is to elevate the feet to form that certain position yeah? Cause I just tried to balance on the rim of my toilet and that’s NOT a very good idea at all... luckily it was in my downstairs bathroom where the walls are close to the toilet... had this been upstairs I’d be knocked dafuq out and on the floor still from bouncing off the counter top and bathtub...

But had I just did the trash an idea you stated, my ass could have still been comfortably sitting on the actual seat while only my feet elevate up towards my chest to form the position...

Well, I’m without a doubt feeling the compounds in my body now... there’s ZERO doubt in my mind.. which I’m glad... I’m glad I stopped taking the garbage and switched to a known and reputable sponsors gear... I even experienced night sweats lol... I laugh only because my girl is seriously on the brink of murdering me for how low I keep the portable floor air conditioning unit, that literally sits right next to me on my side of the bed... and it works wonderfully ;0) I even recently bought a fancy “plush bed” (google it lol) with heat dispersement technology and cool gel topper... but my neck still sweat... very interesting this night sweat thing.... why at night? I think I’ll try to dig into the science of it.. I’m fascinated by why it would choose when a body is in rest mode to kick up the heat... I have quite a bit of homework this weekend to do... also, my libido is increasingly gaining momentum as well. Which is pretty interesting in itself... I can’t really say the last time I felt a “desire” to fuck... I always step up for the lady. No issues getting it up or anything... just haven’t felt the “desire” part in such a long time. If that makes sense... so that’s pretty cool.. we even went at it a few times during the night last night... so yeah, I wasn’t impressed with the compounds until I started using the real deal ;0) I’m definitely feeling it now. So, as for my workout today, I landed on back and tri’s today and did a few more sets of legs before I hit the elliptical... I wanted to feel like I finished the week strong despite the few little challenges... I definitely feel the results of focusing more on my back today... which makes me think that for the next few months I’ll use “clean up” day as an actual focused body part day... and not slack on any of the other days... I’ll have to reconfigure how I’m combining my muscle groups... it’s time to change it up anyway.. to stop jabbering about it and execute a plan of action already... I would really like to see improvements in my back, rear delts, traps... I see this incredible frame, naturally thick and wide, just waiting to be turned into a fucking beast.. I just need to keep unchaining that mofo and let it loose!

Cause I just tried to balance on the rim of my toilet and that’s NOT a very good idea at all... luckily it was in my downstairs bathroom where the walls are close to the toilet... had this been upstairs I’d be knocked dafuq out and on the floor still from bouncing off the counter top and bathtub...

I have had sleep disorders all my life... went through years of sleep studies, medications etc... during this time though I learned what my “ultimate sleeping conditions” were... for the absolute best sleep I could possibly achieve...

Sometimes , something as simple as changing the training pattern is enough to 'shock ze body'
ect:
If you always do Chest, Then Triceps, switch it the next week... do Triceps first then chest last..same movements, if you wish... but simply change your order up...

Do what works best for you brotha. Changing exercise sequences and selections is more then enough change. Hence you don’t have to change the split unless it’s a last means necessary type thing. But granted you change the two factors I initially mentioned you should be just fine. Keep up the good work my friend!

I don’t know what I’m doing... that’s the thing lol... I’ve been “Frankensteining” everything seeing what sticks, what works, what doesn’t... like after today... I can see I don’t like doing chest and biceps on a workout day... so I’ll go back to keeping those on their own...

BUT!!! Like you suggested, I will definitely switch up the order as well as types of exercises... there’s SO many variations and exercises I can choose from! But I have a habit of picking one thing and running with it... but I can see it’s holding me back. So I want to change it ;0)

Meh... I had no problems with the gear... though I only bought stuff from them that is easy to get. Nothing that is “rare” or usually faked.

I don’t think you can fault a lab for being phenomenally successful at marketing.

When Victory started here they were the underdog. They got trashed so hard on another board they couldn’t catch a cold over there.

I think some other labs should take notice. Without even thinking of any specific examples so nobody gets their feelings hurt, if you have a sale with a mediocre discount or freebie which then doesn’t draw attention to your lab or entice new customers to try your product then you’re not accomplishing the goal and you need to do something different.

Personally I’m not a fan of sales where you buy X and we throw in a vial of some random crap.

If I need it I’ll buy 10 vials. If I don’t need it then it’s just sitting around.

Give me a sale with a decent discount and let me decide what to do with my money. It’s not my job to help you move sluggish inventory.

My problem is with the whole concept of “going private”. It just smells like a lack of accountability. If a source is on the board then they have a strong motivation to keep everything legit and make sure customer issues are handled correctly. If your only recourse is to deal with the lab directly and there is no communication between customers then what’s to stop the lab from telling you to go fuck yourself if you’re not happy about something? You don’t have the fear of public scrutiny to back you up.
