Yo bros.. I have been using 2 iu of GH(subq) for the last 50 days ready to move up to 3. ( im on ST but this is not about who's Gh you are on). This is about your sides that you experience on any Sponsors stuff.

I have read just about every post in this Gh forum and still have a ton to learn( My first run of gh if not obvious).

Gear: Test- 400cyp a week(8 weeks in), Var 50 mg Ed(3 weeks), Tren A 250/300 a Week(last 3 weeks).

Negs:
1). I noticed my feet /hands lost all veins and looked like 4 overcooked hot dogs, felt like they were ready to pop. (better now as diet in check and water increase)

2). Wrists and for some odd reason my thumbs cracking like a bowl of Rice Krispies in milk.

3). The feeling of extremities going to sleep. Seems to happen mostly when I'm sitting in a certain position(feet) or arms when in a recliner or hands over head.
Happens now every time I lay in the bed. Starts in my feet then every so often in my arms.

Pos: I have noticed are; a general sense of well being, feel somewhat more vascular(especially arms), I feel a little leaner in middle.

I have read a lot of guys talking about numbness/pain when sleeping(waking them up) but not when they are awake as much or just walking around if they are supposed to be just numb all the time or what are your triggers?

Any other body parts you guys have problems with( face numbness, joint pains, etc....)??

I am on this ride for at least 7 months unless I pick up more(probably). I am not in any rush and will give IT its time to work just wondering what other bros are struggling with.

Thanks for any info...

This will be a great discussion.

I've been on growth for a total of about 3 months. I used ace GMP for 2.5 months (3 kits) and I just started ST Monday.

I did 4iu the first month. Noticed a little hand/arm numbness sleeping and awake after the first 2-3 weeks. Bumped to 6iu for the second kit and after a week jumped down to 4iu again bc the sides were intense. I would wake up multiple times in the night with pain in my arm bc it was asleep. Not just asleep but the pressure and needles you get when it's waking back up. But constant. Would have to stand up and wave my arms around. Drove my wife crazy lol. Carpel tunnel in my right hand was pretty intense too.

Dropping down to 4 again and doing 5 days on 2 off helped a lot. Still get the numbness and CTS but it's reduced to a manageable inconvenience. And from what I've read it goes away eventually so fingers crossed! (When they're not asleep that is..)

I will note that I believe I'm highly prone to sides bc I was growth hormone deficient as a child and had to take hgh until I was 18. So I believe when exogenous hgh is introduced to my body it utilizes it very well. For example, after my first month on hgh my igf was 525 on 4iu 5 days a week. I haven't seen numbers that high posted around here (I may have missed some).

(Right middle and ring fingers are numb as I'm typing this)

EDIT: pros are definitely fat loss, much better sleep, I even feel like my mind functions at a higher level. Better mood and better lifts. I keep my pumps throughout the day and have actually seen great strength increases. Hgh has definitely played a hand in recovering from some nagging injuries I've been dealing with as well.

Thanks bro... I kick my feet around and it pisses my wife off too.. HAHA.

Glad you said about 5 on 2 off. I have been reading on that, if I go up past 3 to like 4. I had it caculated to 3.33 iu for the last 6 months of run but as always I have been thinking of going to 4 at some point if I can take it..

I am wondering if 1st time use of Gh at 48 is causing me to be sensitive... I hope it helps me get maximum effect from this run.

Im gonna put in some t4 for in to help liver convert gh at some point when I get up a little higher and I think I read B6 or b12 can help as well with sides( I will have to go back and look)

when I sit at computer and type my legs from calf down are like pins and needles.. I just say to myself, fuck it, Im making gains... OUCH!!

I'd have to look at the bottle. Recommended is 1 daily per bottle instructions and mike recommended 2 but I'm taking 3 daily.

It'll be interesting to hear everyone's response to this question. For me water retention started heavy the first week but it subsided after about a month in and then I was holding a lot less water, minimal. About 2 weeks in my fingers and hands started falling asleep. It happens randomly through the day and at night. I get a little sleepy for an hour or so after I take my hgh first thing in the a.m. That's it for the negatives. As for positive. My sleep has tremendously improved, I feel more rested during the day, I need less sleep, I'm never sore and recover right away from training, I have more energy and drive to accomplish tasks, no joint pain, easier to lose fat, muscles hold a volume like a pump all day without being pumped, sense of well being has improved. All the above started at 4iu , 5 days a week. I bumped up to 7iu ed and the only sides that became more pronounced were the water retention to a point and the fingers/hand numbness.

I was on 2ius of prescription omnitrop for two months before ED before having to get off. I still have 11 bottles left. I got super hungry seconds after injection. I leaned out in the mid section and also felt pretty good about life. I did not get that award winning sleep that everyone talks about but I never do. Phycological issues. My hands swelled pretty bad. People told me that it would pass but it never did. My arms and hands hurt so much in the morning I had to stop and trust me, I fought the good fight. I was not on it long enough to get the full benefits of the drug but I did notice some size and strength increases.

I forgot to mention about my sleep. It has been somewhat better. Through injuries and 19 surgeries I only sleep about 30 to 45 mins at a time. So before gh i would NEVER dream. It was like i couldn't be deep enough before waking to switch shoulders. I still sleep in short bursts from pain but i dream every night now. Not crazy shit but i at least am getting deep enough to have a few a night.

I cant think of anything to reduce the sides other than reducing dose or frequency of dosing. Although, you body does get used to it somewhat. Water retention goes down and the numbness becomes less frequent.

I was told that in my experience I should have really cut back on the carbs. That may have helped with the swelling. I never really looked into it though.

I get basically all the sides you mentioned besides the not sleeping part. I can sleep very sound but if I don’t get enough sleep “at least 8 hrs” I am tired very early in the day. Also, I have numbness inside both my ear canals; it almost feels like I’m about to get an ear infection.

I thought I had a bunk batch because I had no immediate sides like many others report.
I ran at 4is/day, after a couple weeks the joints really started to ache and rolling out of bed in the morning was brutal. I ran bloods on the 25th day with good results and dropped dose down to 2iu/day for the following 25 days and just recently returned to 4iu/day.
There has been no phenomenal change, I’ve implemented some dietary and fitness changes, improvements are beginning to show in BF reduction and toning.
Physical aches and pain are part of the deal, I accept that.
My greatest concern at this point is that I’ve lost my libido over the last month. I went form being able to provide stud services on a moments notice along with random wood throughout the day to damn near nothing.

I jumped in with 4 IU every day when I started, and lasted a month at that dosage before the sides got to be too much - both arms numb from the elbow down every morning (not completely numb like with novocaine, but halfway numb, more so on the pinky/ring finger side of each hand). Took two weeks off and started again at 2.5 IU, lasted four or five weeks at that dosage before taking a week off and starting up again at 2IU.

Weirdest sides: my fingers got thicker, permanently. Not just the meat, but the bone too, I think. I had to get my wedding ring resized (two sizes up) to be able to get it past the knuckle without a lot of lube and discomfort. Shoe size went up about 1/2 size, permanently.

Worst side: trigger fingers. When I wake up, the middle finger of my left hand won't straighten without a lot more force than the others on that hand, similar but less severe effect on the right hand, too. I can work it with the other hand a while and get it loosened up, usually so that I don't notice it the rest of the day. The next morning, though, right back to stuck again.

How long did your run last and did you make good gains, fat loss, etc.... ??

Still running 2 IU daily, although running low on my original 600 IU purchase since I've been running for four or five months now at that 2 IU ED pace. Definitely made big gains, but I bet more of that can be credited to the 500 mg test-cyp / week cycle I ran during part of that (my first ever).

Fat loss hasn't seemed particularly noticeable, although I'm starting to believe that localized fat loss can be a side effect of the injections - I inject on alternate sides of my navel, near belt level and what fat I have left hiding my abs seems to have been shaped by this process a bit - weirdly, I can see the 'adonis belt' musculature pretty clearly, but lower four abs still hiding under a quarter to half inch of fat.

One last one I can't be totally sure of -- when I backed off of the 4 IU dose, I started to get the idea that my jaw had grown some. I remember being able to retract my lower jaw to force an overbite. I never measured it, obviously, but now I notice that no matter how hard I try to pull my jaw backwards, I can barely get a fingernail's worth of distance between my upper teeth and lower teeth. I'm not at all unhappy with this, as I still have good dental alignment, but it got me worried about what would happen if it kept on going like that.

It might be in my head, or less significant of a change than I think, and it might have to do with the gains I've otherwise made (went from 15.5 neck to 17.0), but I didn't want to wind up with gigantism!

I was thinking to try gh for my nagging joints in my knees from loss of cartilage , but I'm confused after reading this? Any help from someone?Well.... it can help after using for months. But until your body gets used to the gh and raise in igf1 you will get various sides. It is really is about how YOUR body reacts to the intro to gh.

I would say depending on what your goals are is how you should proceed.

If it's just about joints and stuff, it would be cheaper to go the npp or deac route. Lower dose longer duration(300 mg maybe 350 a week)

If you got some money to spend on about 6 to 7 mos of gh then i would say run it at 3.33 iu (once u work up to it). It will help you.

Some people are taking like tb500 for nagging injuries.

Hope this helps a little.

I was thinking to try gh for my nagging joints in my knees from loss of cartilage , but I'm confused after reading this? Any help from someone? As for my experience hgh alleviates joint pain. Made all my joint pains and nagging injuries go away. Fixed my shoulder, healed my wrist, heals everything. The water retention does cause numbness in hands, feet . Like how it feels when you arm falls asleep or your foot falls asleep etc. Its temporary and comes and goes daily. Then it will go away completely after a while unless yoy increase dose or frequency.

Joint pain is really the only side effect I get..

Good pharma gh is phenomenal. At 4ius a day of Norditropin, I eat pretty much anything I want and wake up leaner and more vascular each day!
