The title is somewhat self explanatory I guess. Looking to see if any females who cycle currently use any type of cycle support. I am aware that you would most likely use different support supps for different compounds but are cycle support supps generally used for females? Any females here prefer none, individual support supps or a basic, yet good all in one? It seems as though the general all in one support supps are more geared towards men.

I will generally utilize an all in one supp when I blast and, if I am using an oral I will throw in 500mgs of Tudca. When I am on my trt dosing protocol I will only use my basic daily supp regiment(red yeast rice, coq10, vit d, multi, joint supp, and fish oil).

If you do use any support supps or all in ones, what do you use, recommend?

Thank you for your input. Any other females out there care to share their experience?

Hello German, it looks like no one else is really chiming in on this topic but instead of starting a new thread and taking up space maybe you can help me out?

My my wife is looking to cut and is going to begin a diet template from renaissance periodization in August. I purchased Anavar from a sponsor here. We are contemplating the use of Anavar while on this diet template. The premise of the template is several phases of lowering macros while protein remains the same. Essentially you should be losing about a pound and a half a week. When you start to lose less than that then you switch to a lower macro phase in the template and so on and so on. The cut last for 12 weeks followed by a reverse diet to a new base diet.

I guess what what my question is: because the diet templates are based on pounds lost from week to week should she not use the Anavar because it would scew the results and lead to a bad cut? My assumption would be that the var on a cut would essentially lead to a recomp where she would gain muscle and lose fat ultimately leading to not following the protocol of the template. Or am I wrong and she would essentially just accelerate her weight loss?

Recomp, for sure.

Is that what she wants?

You can allow her cut for 4 weeks, get the routine rolling. Assure she stays on point with the diet. That shes comitted then, add the var in for the last 6 to 8 weeks. At that time. Dont let her get on the scale. And to just go by the mirror. It'll fuck with her. I step on the scale and i get depressed lol.

Anyone here have any info regarding female AAS use and birth control? Would something like Anavar for a female pretty much make birth control pills useless and obsolete?
