I have read where a person my age Sustanion provides the best way to keep T levels high, provide the right mix of testosterones to maintain long half lifes in the blood. While I have also read about Test E and Test P are good at getting big and for sports enhancemnets for younger men. I am not in the mind set to "get big". I just to maintain my muscular frame, keep body fat levels. The Sutanon have a mix of short and long esters to get the best of both worlds. Any thoughts on this subject?

i personal think to much ester to achieved a stable blood level you will have less fluctuation with test e at 2 time per week just go there and plot your cycle and you will see how stable you can be SteroidGraph - Graph your cycle (http://steroidcalc.com/) in they end test is test so why test e be better for getting big or for sport than sustanon since its test too

You will have the least flux of all with daily pins of Prop. Your levels stay peaked and the most flatlined...it mimics the bodies natural release the most in other words. I pin 25mg daily in the delts usually, with a 1/2" or 5/8" 25G. Just my dose tho, what works for me, thats 175/wk....horny as fukkkkk, feel great, etc. Usually peeps will go between 75mg/week to 200mg/week. If u dont like pinning daily (I enjoy it ;P ) then go like korsaire says with E or C twice a week. I used to go that route for a while, always worked...but then understood and tried Prop daily...makes me feel even better.

To be practical stick with the long esters. Test E or C. It might take a week or so to kick in but at 60 I would guess thats OK. You can pin once a week as low as 100 mgs and get the benefits. You're best to go get some blood work done 1st but thats up to you.

It's all a matter of personal preference, there's no scientific evidence to support it's the best option for all at a specific age.. hormonal treatment and/or PED use is NOT a one size fits all way of life.. Your blood work and quality of life with how you feel will be the only indicator if a specific protocol is right for YOU.. Articles, medical journals, videos and such is not concrete solid evidence or proof that a specific regiment is for you.. It's about trial and error...

IMO stable bloods are ideal, multi esters cause way to much of fluctuations and activations and deactivations, a chute of signaling going on.. The older a male gets the more sensitive receptors are and the CNS and the signaling between cellular groups, with this said it's more convenient, and common to see a singular long Ester employed for longer and more stable bloods..avoid dips and spikes..

Long esters all day for optimal blood serum levels 24/7..
