Hey brothers. First and foremost, if this is the wrong section I'm sorry...could I have a moderator direct me where to post this. Thank you. I'm doing most everything on my own, not a big health or fitness following in my area, let alone bodybuilding. Don't really have anyone I could bring this question to, so I thought I'd try and seek guidance here. I'm kind of stuck. I quit dieting and training for the most part months and months back dealing with divorce, passing of my mother, work being at an all time high, etc. I've been back into the swing of things for about 6-7 weeks. My main focus is just get some of this weight back off of me. I calculated things online and my maintenance cals are around 2700. So Ive kept my calories at or below 2500. Week one I weighed 279. I had successful drops the following weeks(weigh every friday) to 273, then 267, then 264. The following week still 264 so I adjusted calories down to about 2300. This morning I am at 265. The very first day I weighed and began training again, I also started 1cc Test a week, and 3 IU of HGH daily post workout. I will up the test and add more in once I get back down to a decent weight. In the meantime...am I doing something wrong? Should I approach this differently? Should I just chalk this up to good gear and good growth? Being stuck for the last few weeks even after lowering cals again just has me a little stumped. Really trying to not get discouraged and stick with it. Any help, advice, or extra needed information is much appreciated. Thanks in advance..

If "weight" loss is your #1 concern
Know that the fastest way is by being fasted. And believe it or not you dont gotta starve... You can eat very little and workoff everything you eat. Ive done it...
You wanna keep muscle though, then yeah juice will help alot fer that. But the fat loss... You still gotta werk fer it. Just like muscle gain

Are you trying to recomp?

I mean. I wouldnt worry much about weight.

Your main concern is fat loss, yeah? Whats the mirror say?

Well. I don't really know what to tell you.

I dont know what your overall goal is.

Recomp? Fat loss? Muscle gain?

If youre trying to lose fat. Cardio, cardio, cardio. Add ephedrine in. HIIT cardio. Cardio 2x a day. And diet. Diet. Diet. What do your macros look like?

Of course you dont want to be 260. The human frame is not meant to support that. Jesus what happened to the Frank Zane look?what is your height? Post a pic. Show us what you got.

If losing weight is your concern , clean up the diet. You can do anything if you put your mind and heart into it. Try going on a meat n fruit diet. As you get lean cut out a day from meat and do veggies and fruit. Don't forget the anti estrogen and vitamin B6 . Avoid processed foods n fast food. I have heard HGH plays a toll on blood sugar ( lowering )i suggest getting a blood glucose tester. If it drops around 80 EAT . sweating, water , lack of sleep along with drinking to much water will lower it. Stay
