I've noticed while bulking Im sluggish and extremely unmotivated. I'm not sleepy and I know I have the strength to do what Im doing; its just as if my endurance has dissappeared (and I dont do much endurance as it is).

I dont have my macros down perfectly. But i know im getting about 2-300g of protein a day and well over that in carbs and trying to keep fats to a minimum except fer taking anchovy oil in the morning.

My diet consists of eggs, brown rice, oatmeal, protien powder, powder PB, brussel sprouts, salmon, chicken, turkey, hamburger, steak, potatoes, asparagus, beets, fat free cottage cheese and fat free milk. (not in a single day)

Im 5'10 around 209lbs waking up. I know that having stimulants will help with energy but i prefer not to have any cuz I have a habit of getting up to a gram of caffeine or more a day. And syntherine gives me a heavy crash.

So any suggestions on how i might be able to up my endurance without stimulants? (NO boosters dont seem to do much when im already full of water)

Thanks

***Update: Im not sluggish from bulking after all. I didnt realize it, but its monsoon season humidity thats making me (and everyone else around me) sluggish.***

Diet. 200-300gms of protein and well over that in carbs, is very vague. Need to be a lot more specific. Post up your diet and I'm sure you'll get the help. Also, believe it or not, doing some cardio will help as well.

I know it is. I havent gotten my diet together 100% yet gotta get a chance to prep cook. Youre right about the cardio, would help boost the metabolism and get my lazy heart beating. Even though I didnt want to, i think im going to have some stimulants. I had an energy drink after werk to get me through my driving test and it drained me (water) insanely. I was trying to hold more water to be heavier fer heavier lifts, but I think its making my lifts worse.

Yeah, you're right, those energy drinks can be bad news but depending on time of day you work out and go to bed, they can help. God knows I've used plenty and you'd be hard pressed to find someone on this board who hasnt. I was even taking a shit load of ma huang back in the day. Shits dangerous but didn't realize how tired and wore out I was til I came off cycle, started PCT and came off the shit. I was laid up on couch for 2 weeks. That's no shit.
So, I'm going to subscribe to this page and keep up. Post your current diet when you have a chance and I'll be glad to help as best I can. Don't get discouraged, we'll get you on track.
