I am in a situation now where I'm in the process of cooking and I have MCT oil and grapeseed oil but I don't have enough of either one of them to complete the batch that I'm brewing. I was wondering if there would be any issues that I should be concerned about with respect to the two different oil viscosities mixing successfully to produce The batch. Also I have bought 22 µm vacuum pump filters that I'm going to use and was wondering if there are going to be any problems passing the oils thru the filter since 22 µm is a lot smaller than 45 µm filters. If so other than running the hot oil through the filter can anyone make any suggestions of what other solution that I might employ if there's an issue with the filter clogging using the hardware I already have.

Never run hot oil through the filters. There shouldn't be any problems, it clogs if you filter to much. It will tear if it's not compatible with the solvents you're using.
Just go get some more gso at the grocery store.
