I finally decided to get off my tail and start posting up what I'm doing in the gym. I'm not near as strong as many others, but I've also not been doing this very long. Either way, no excuses. I'll keep grinding and the numbers will go up.

Good luck on your journey, and I am not quite as strong myself either due to being out of the gym for a quite a while due to illness and life issues. This could be the motivation I need to stop feeling sorry for myself and get my pitiful ass back to the gym and banging it hard!

Left shoulder is giving me a little grief today. Got some Mobic onboard so I should be good to go. Chest was really pumped up today after the dips.

Well Brother you're over 40 and I'm about to be, its hella harder now lol! I'm learning alot here, and hope to keep progressing. Alot of good knowledge here, people are very helpful. Best place around as far as I can tell. Ask question, search and read. You will find success here at BOP.

Thanks WM, I've been getting a fair bit of guidance from the hood, and am trying to get right. Right now is just a reshaping/preparation mission.

Not really digging the elliptical that much, my feet kinda get numb and tingling. I haven't pushed that fast on abs in a long time, so I'm hurtin' right now. This ain't called the Brotherhood of comfortable, so....
Today felt RIGHTOUS! Freakin' glad I didn't cut any corners.

I was really into it today. I feel wrung out right now, and tomorrow I'm gonna be hurtin', but it's hella worth it. I'm up on all weights over last two weeks. I know alot of it is newb gains, but I'll take it. Any upward momentum I can gain is good for my head. Gonna sleep like a champ tonight!

I'm trying Bro. Honestly though, crazy rep to Tilltheend. I was posting about not gaining muscle and being stuck at around 25%bf. he PM'd me and offered to help. His guidance has been stellar and he puts out straight gouge, no BS. I've been doing what he offered up and it's paying off. I woulda paid for this kind of education and straight talk. Till has been the man, and the BOP is hands down the most honest and supportive locale around. I'm here for the long haul.
