What's up everyone..I'm new here, but been around some other forums for a lil while. I've decided to run a log here for accountability.

A little background history... I struggled for over 10years with drug and alcohol addiction..nearly died multiple times. Not anything to be proud of, but learned alot about myself once I got clean. Been 21 months sober and hard drugs free..(gear only now) finally got back into lifting about the same time as being sober... nowadays my life revolves around the gym.. literally, I work the counter at my local gym lol..it's all I see everyday, all-day.. I started this new journey at over 265lbs, fat as hell, and horribly depressed about life in general... Time for change. I'm currently 6'0 244lbs, somewhere in the 20's bf% my guess age 33. I train the following schedule.. chest/tri..back/bis..off..legs.. shoulders/traps..off...repeat..... cardio is 45min 4x per week split between h and l... Diet which I've learned is most important factor in whole lifestyle, and which I had the most trouble with until somewhat recently ...never knew about macros/complex and simple carbs/ amount of protein needed for results..ECT.. I self trt.. my current blast is 500mg test e split @250mg Tuesday, Saturday.. along with NPP @450mg split m,w,f 150mg.. adex @0.5 mg eod...

Goals= its a Marathon not a sprint. 8month cut/recomp... Goal is 12-13% bf and gain some lbm..

Breakfast meal prep..
4 lbs of 93/7 ground beef
18 Eggs
3 car. Egg whites

I'll portion these out to use as meal #1 for upcoming days..

Diet is low carb/ high protein/mod fat

Have you thought about carb cycling?

Sent from my SM-G955U using TapatalkI have thought about it, yet have not yet implemented it..it's a good time to try it tho... If keto is not optimal for my goals, I will not use it..was only considering it for fat loss...thnx for chiming in

Moderate days 206c 247p 54f
High days 257c 247p 54f
Low days 154c 247p 54f

I do HIIT 2X A week and will keep these at least 3 weeks. If i am losing weight I will keep them once i stall i will take away 20c. You can also take away a high carb day or mod day.

Strength increases have slowed a bit since start of blast - but endurance continues to increase..

Sides= acne has completely cleared up as I'm on my 54th day of dosing my accutane 30mg/Ed...

Morning training: back/bis
I usually like to have 3 out of my 6 daily meals minimum before training..I've found that is when I'm most ready and fueled up adequately..today however a few gym bro's hit me up early and wanted a group session... turns out they let me pick body parts to train.. win.. but I only had 2 meals of the day
, But I said fuck it, I'm in... Time to put some test base into play..pinned 100mg 1hr prior to training.. gave me that lil extra I was needing + a large black coffee..

DB one arm rows ---
65x10..95x8..110x6..120x5
Wide grip seat cable row---
Missed weight log on my sheet but did 4sets
Close grip lat pulldowns---
7x10..8x10..9x9..10x9
Pull ups.. bw
3 sets of 6 reps.. my fat ass is too heavy for these currently to do any weighted reps..
Stand Db curls--
50x10..60x8..65x7..70x6
Incline db curls--
.35x10...40x8..45x6..55x6

1st exercise next back day will be deadlifts..

PostWO shake of 50g whey iso, followed by meal pictured (chicken and rice topped with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots..20g liquid egg whites) 1.5 hrs after shake

Tomorrow is rest day from the iron, only cardio will be done..

Did 40min fasted speed walk this morning upon waking..

Current weight 242.6 ..

Notes= had a small flare up in acne for last couple days on face..getting close to 60 days on accutane, going to up dose to 40mg / day for next month..
Sides= dry/chap lips..dry reddish skin on face.. increase in facial and chest hair..libido is super strong.. occasional night sweats from the NPP and vivid dreams..

Meal 1_ 3whole eggs..20g egg whites..6oz 93/7 ground beef ..hot sauce.. slice dave k bread

Meal 2_ prewo .. bowl of check cereal..30g egg whites..banana
