Turkey Spinach Feta Burger

Ingredients



24 ounces 93% lean ground turkey
10 frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3.5 ounces of fat free crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tablespoon Sodium Free Steak Seasoning
1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped



Directions

Thaw spinach and squeezing water out. Saute onion and garlic in oil until translucent, cool. Transfer to a bowl with spinach, oregano, Feta cheese, steak seasoning, and ground turkey, mixing well. Form into 6 patties, grill or cook on stove.Top with Fresh spinach leaves and tomato. Calories are figured without bread.

Looks good i had a plain turkey burger tonight and this looks waaayyyy better i will def try this one.

Turkey burgers surely don't have to be boring
