Half life testosterone Enanthate newbie question

I read somewhere that test e has a half life of 10.5 days, however on the paperwork that came with the gear I bought, it it states 4.5 to 5 days half life (Pharma Test E300). Will this effect the amount of times I pin (usually twice a week)? Roid calculators I have seen don't ask for the half life. I would also like to know how to frontload this. Two ml on first pin of the week and two ml on second pin of the week?

Idk why the discrepancy between states half lives but there is a front loading thread pinned to this sub forum.
