View Full Version : Proposed cycle tweak (Test / Tren / Mast) - your thoughts?

Cheers, Brothers.

Background: 40-something, on TRT, 6'1", 200 Lbs, bf roughly 13%.

Diet: 2500 cals & running Keto.

Cycles: Three plus my current.

Goals: Lean mass, overall 'Alpha' feeling. I'll not be going pro anytime soon, but want to be the Old Guy next to the pool whom all the MILFs drool over :)

At present then I'm running 300 Mg Test C / 250 Mg Tren E / 400 Mg Mast E. My cycle was to be 12 weeks and I've got roughly 4 weeks left.

My question is this: I'm doing well, really no sides to speak of (insomnia but honestly I've been battling that off & on for years so I don't blame the Tren entirely) and rather than end the cycle I'm actually considering tweaking it and extending it. What would you say to the following adjustment (as opposed to staying with the current and then cruising for 6 weeks):

Test C 350 Mg Week / Tren E 300 Mg Week / Mast E 300 Mg Week

I'd be pinning the same amount of oil 2x weekly, but more test, more tren & less mast. I'd then run this for another 6-8 weeks and go to my cruise.

The "oil per pin" may not be a valid concern (not sure how much oil I can pin but thus far my quads are holding up well, LOL - this would keep me at around 2 Mg of oil) but I'd be interested in experiences with how much is too much here also.

So youre basically running a 20wk cycle and just changing doses a bit? Personally on long esters my body stops making any gains around week 13-14. I keep a trianing journal and I platuea. So I basically know when to start my cruise. The only compound I ran for over 14 weeks and was still making gains was e.q. When it comes to inject sites, make sure you are rotating, personally I use quads, delts, glutes and pecks. glutes, quads and delts can take alot of oil, 3ml at a time.

Good feedback, Rmewrench. I suppose yes - it would be roughly a 20 week cycle with modified doses, correct.

Still doing well in the gym, perhaps looking to accelerate the gains in the mirror via the increased test & tren.

Great insight on the inject sites. I've never been a fan of glutes (awkward for me to reach as I have large shoulders & my flexibility isn't the greatest) but I'll try to work that out. I've been alternating quads (hitting one each week for my twice weekly injections); will try some other sites.

I'm the same way. Gains stop at the 12-14 week mark. Just because you up the dose does not mean that the cycle will get better or speed anything up. Your receptors have already been bombarded by compounds, more will not make better in the situation. I'd end by the 14 week mark tops and just get ready for the next run.

Injection site should have a 7-14 day rest from shots to help min scare tissue. It's hard when running ED short esters like I'm on now. That's one of many reasons why I like shorter cycles. Also I noticed after time my inject areas were able to take more oil-5ml in quad, glute.

^^ They are correct, the human body has a mechanism for controlling excess amounts of androgens/anabolics. I cannot remember the technical name for it but I remember how it works. When androgens/anabolics first spike the receptors become very sensitive to soak it all up quickly, when hormones remain high for about 12-14 weeks your bodies receptors have began to shut down in a effort to stop the absorbtion of the "unwanted excess hormones" the longer you let this go on you will be shooting gear for very low gains. The crash at the end of the cycle is much worse as well. How experienced are you with PCT? If not very then most of your gains after week 12 will be lost anyway. Been there and did that LOL. Sucks to go back to clark kent.. Hook up with some clen & t3 and cut up for the milfs.
