Deca frequency

Hey all

ive got some deca on the way and wondering about injection frequency

I've read everything from once a week, 2x a week to EOD.

whats everyone's thoughts? I was hoping to run 100mg EOD so I'd end up with 3-400mg/week

I don’t think you need to run it EOD unless it’s NPP. Nandrolone has a longer half life in the body.

I take everything daily to avoid spikes and minimize sides.
You really can see the difference with tren. I never had noticeable sides with deca, but I still do it daily. Personal preference.

I’m currently running deca and test on a Monday Wednesday Friday schedule. Deca at 450 mg a week and testosterone at 650 mg a week.

The more frequent you take it the less sides and more stable bloods.

i knew it was a longer ester so it could less frequent but I also like the thought process of EOD to keep more stable levels. I figure since I am pin others EOD might as well just mix in the same barrel

Monday morning, Thursday night. Every 3.5 days. You'll be fine. Personal preference may be different for those who have experimented with what they feel works best.
