ON TO THE CYCLE!

I was going to add T-bol, but I decided I will take this cycle nice and slow and just do 500mg Test-E.

I will be pinning on 8/6/18


Test-E - 500mg - 1-12 weeks
HCG - 500iu - 1-14 weeks(Get off 3 days prior to PCT)
Arimidex .5 EOD

drawing with 21x1 pinning with 23x1.5. Mixing 500iu with the 500mg of test every Monday and Thursday.

Clomid 50/50/25/25 (tel:50/50/25/25)
Nolva 40/40/20/20 (tel:40/40/20/20)

Anyways .5 arimidex EOD may be a little much for 500mgs, maybe debate going E3D. I just say that cause arimidex is harsh on your lipids, and seeing that you already have a lower HDL that could be problematic. But I’m my opinion it’s not too big of a deal, everyone reacts differently.

That is ostarine your taking with PCT? I’d be careful there because ostarine is mildly suppressive, so taking that during a time when you’re trying to restore your levels could be problematic

Yeah, I wanted to add an oral, but I think ill put on more than enough size with 500mg of test. Only reason why I was thinking .5 arimidex EOD was that when I pct'd after my sarms 10 weeks I took clomid 50/50/25 and nolva 40/20/20 and I experienced elevated levels of estrogen, 56! So, It seems i'm prone to estrogen rising and want to be safe as I can get as many tests as I want!

Mk2866 does not become mildly suppressive until after week 4. So ill continue pct past week 4 if needed, but stop Mk2866 at week 4!

Thank you! I agree with FC. I was arrogant and wanting to go on tbol+test, but either way ill put on muscle and I want to know how my body reacts on test only. I think health is more important than gains when it comes to taking things slow. Which might sound hypocritical getting on juice! haha

Good luck to you, I think you will put on some great size with the Test only cycle, and a wise choice. I'm 4.5 weeks into my first cycle (Pinning, have ran oral PH's a few years back) and decided to stick with just Test. I'm running 500mg Test Cyp per week and loving it!! Putting on size and dropping Bf (Eating real clean and that can be tough somedays) I might add Superdrol the last 4 weeks of my cycle just because I have ran it in the past and by then I should be well aware of how I'm reacting to just Test Cyp.

Again, great choice on your Test only first cycle!! I will be following along.

Thank you for this! I am extremely excited and my diet is VERY clean. My Marcos are 260/300/80 for now until I start putting on some size then I will adjust around the 5-6 week mark.
Im hoping to add 10-12 pounds of muscle and get closer to 10% bf. we will see!

I recieved high estrogen on pct(with no arimidex) after my sarms cycle. I assume I am susceptible of having my estrogen raised. So, I was thinking of doing .5 E3D and week 4-5 when it stabilizes I’ll do .5 EOD. Mostly because splitting these little fuckers into 1/4ths will be tough as shit.

I literately sat in the bathroom from 2pm to 6pm trying to pin my ass with this 23x1.5 needle. The bitch was so big....my hands were shaking and I chickened out. So, I called my buddy, met at our gym. We went into a private bathroom and down she went. Pinned 250mg of test and 250-300iu of HCG. Also, I consumed .25 arimidex.

psychologically it was very difficult for me as I’ve always hated needles, but I will overcome this and get to do it myself soon as as I can. The pain from the 1.5 inch was not all that bad. Hopefully I’ll be able to pin myself Thursday and I look forward to a productive cycle! I think I have PFP, post flick pain. I flicked the part of my ass I was injecting about 100 times. That’s what hurts the most right now lol. I bled very very slightly. One wipe away, it was gone. I rubbed it in for 60 seconds and.....I’ve now entered the dark side.

time to work out and hit this push/pull day.

workout routine:

Monday: push/pull
Tuesday: legs
Wednesday: shoulders/traps
Thursday: legs
Friday: push/pull
Saturday: arms

p.s there were a shit ton of tiny air bubbles. 30 min after pin, my ass is sore. I think injection was possibly too quick. 15-20 seconds.

Make sure if your buddy does it for you again. Stress to them keep a straight steady pin. I had a buddy fuck me up bad one time because he had shaky hands doing it for me. And felt like he just shredded all my muscle inside of me. The next shot I got my adrenaline going and did it myself super slow and steady. And didn’t hurt the tiniest bit.

He said He didn’t put it in all the way as he said he could tell when he was in the muscle and if it went deeper it hurt slightly, but the whole injection wasn’t bad.

He said He didn’t put it in all the way as he said he could tell when he was in the muscle and if it went deeper it hurt slightly, but the whole injection wasn’t bad.


Gotcha yea having a close friend that does it also is nice. Just looking at needles fucks me up. Broke my arm as a kid and I just remember seeing this needle in hospital like 2-3 inches long and super fat. Idk why they need one so fucking big but they stuck it in my arm where the break was I think. Ever since then I have them. I was like 5 years old. And seeing that lady with that huge needle I’ll never forget. Try 1” needle. If he said he didn’t have to put it in all the way. 23 guage at 1”

Jesus, I will never understand why nurses or doctors use large needles. They’re not in a rush I hope haha. I hate hate hate needles and when I was younger I cried when I needed to get shots. Now, I’m pinning. I would’ve never guessed.

I read the beginner sticky. My cycle is just slightly different. I’m using .25 arimidex for the first week or 2 then .5 EOD. I am most likely injecting 300x2 of hcg because the vial will only take 3ml into 5000iu. So, .2 ml is like 320iu. It’s hard to take less. I didn’t think to take 75 of clomid first week. I did take 50mg clomid and 40 of nolva then second week same clomid and 20 nolva after sarms and my test went back to normal and it increased my estrogen into the 50’s during pct. so, I believe an AI is needed. I experienced bloat.

Correct me if I am wrong, Rock, but I hear .25 of Adex during pct should be fine. I’m worried, mostly because I got elevated E2 during pct for sarms(LGD and s4). I don’t have aromasin, my dealer doesn’t sell it, but I would like to find a new source anyway. If you have suggestions.

I’ve worked hard and changes taking months and years, just got me irritated watching people like skywalker be aesthetically pleasing with all the effort I put in and not even being close.

my virgin ass has been suffering all day. Maybe Thursday will be best. Thinking if I should do my left ass cheek or stick with my right. I gotta work up to pinning myself before I go anywhere else.

Several of the BOP sponsors carry Aromisin, highly recommend it.
I love ostarine in PCT but limit it to 4weeks.

Leg day, day after pinning.

my right ass cheek is so god damn sore From this test-E 350. My right leg started to shake slightly In The middle of of my workout. Its really tight from the RDL’s and good mornings.

suggestion: I should have done legs Wednesday or Saturday. Which would be 2 days after pinning not 1 on the first week.

If you are running high nolva in pct the E shouldnt bind. I'm fairly certain adex inhibits recovery. Go aromasin or nolva bro.

As far as sure bubbles... The gage needle used for test is to big in diameter to ever enter a vein.
Grab your hip bone with 4 fingers. Slid your thumb around to your backside. Which will be just below your waist but just above your butt.

Use a slin pin. No reason to use those big ol harpoons. 27-31g. Ive used 3 sponsors from here and they all flow easily through no problem at all

Grab your hip bone with 4 fingers. Slid your thumb around to your backside. Which will be just below your waist but just above your butt.

It pinned in the area that is like, above my ass, but below that patch of fat around my kidney's. As I mentioned, The friend whom did it is experienced with pinning. It became sore about 8 hours after. Not enough to stop my work out, but definitely hurts if I press on it.

I was thinking a 25x1...23 didn't really hurt at all tbh. It was the PIP that is fucking with me. Also im using 350 Test E....shit is thiiiiccccc. I am just so excited for gains :D

Pin #2 - left glute. 250mg Test/250 IU HCG.

Today was another push/pull day. I had my buddy inject it when I was laying down. For some reason when I draw the .8ml of test. It draws fine, but when I mix the HCG with the oil or vice versa. I’ve noticed the water and oil mix create a few bubbles, not just the smaller ones. There were 3 larger bubbles I had to thoroughly heat up the syringe to get rid of some. This injection was ALOT smoother. I did not shake or jump this time around. No pain right after injection and got to continue my workout.

This may may be a mental thing, but I feel as if I am more confident in the gym. I am able to push what feels like more weight. 80lb dumbbells for incline felt a lot easier. While I know this mostly is a mental thing, isn’t it half mental when it comes to moving weight anyway and not to doubt yourself?

Macros being consumed today. 250/300/80 (tel:250/300/80)

no physical gain other than holding a little water from increase in carbs. I am currently 162.5 this morning from the water and glycogen storages being filled I assume. Overall, first week of pinning went well. No regrets doing test only, my anavar arrives
saturday so, if I feel like I gained a bit more fat than I would like I might mix that in for a couple weeks at the end!

Pin #2 - left glute. 250mg Test/250 IU HCG.

Today was another push/pull day. I had my buddy inject it when I was laying down. For some reason when I draw the .8ml of test. It draws fine, but when I mix the HCG with the oil or vice versa. I’ve noticed the water and oil mix create a few bubbles, not just the smaller ones. There were 3 larger bubbles I had to thoroughly heat up the syringe to get rid of some. This injection was ALOT smoother. I did not shake or jump this time around. No pain right after injection and got to continue my workout.

This may may be a mental thing, but I feel as if I am more confident in the gym. I am able to push what feels like more weight. 80lb dumbbells for incline felt a lot easier. While I know this mostly is a mental thing, isn’t it half mental when it comes to moving weight anyway and not to doubt yourself?

Macros being consumed today. 250/300/80 (tel:250/300/80)

no physical gain other than holding a little water from increase in carbs. I am currently 162.5 this morning from the water and glycogen storages being filled I assume. Overall, first week of pinning went well. No regrets doing test only, my anavar arrives
saturday so, if I feel like I gained a bit more fat than I would like I might mix that in for a couple weeks at the end!

You don't think a 25 or 27 gauge would enter a vein? Wrong.It would be a huge vein and there's none that large in your buttock area. Also... We were talking about a 2 3 here I thought. If it were that easy to hit a vein I don't feel like the doc works turn you loose doing it yourself. If it were doable I would think the doc would warn you of it before turning you loose to administer own hits. I was never warned of it. I have seen some guys with huge veins in arms but we aren't hitting ourselfs there. I personally don't care for needles and I'd I thought fire one second I could puncture a vein I would NOT be doing this. I'm pretty sure if you shot test. Into a vein it might just kill ya! I varied from the upper buttock area only once. I hit my thigh, never again! Leg swelled up to twice it's size. Not sure what I did wrong but I'll never pin anywhere but the rear ever again.

Well, the biggest thing for me was the fact of mixing an oil and a water based compounds. From my research you are definitely okay in injecting HCG in your glute which is still intramuscular. Hcg is very common and people usually use insulin needles to administer them as it’s easier than injecting a 1.5 inch needles for HCG alone.

Im going to try to thoroughly warm up both vials before drawing and see if the bubbles go away.

it does sting slightly, but It’s nothing serious. My biggest thing was that I thought the bubbles were causing a stinging pain. I also still have the slightest pip on my right glute from Monday and mediocre pip on my left from yesterday.

i REALLY hate needles. So, I will keep both together as it is tough for me to pin one, let alone 2 on both days.

I heard the same. Not sure if it’s a myth. The deeper the gear gets into the muscle the more potent it can be? I’ve heard this often that you want to get deeper. To me, it doesn’t make sense as why does it matter as long as you’re in the muscle.

I thought it was gyno, but it is so far from my nipples, it’s not sensitive, it’s on both sides, no raised estro sides, and I’m taking AI. Anyone else have this too? Could be cystic acne . I get these lumps and they won't pop , I'll take a 22g needle tip n pop them , then j rub tee tree oil on it. Cetaphil soap helps acne too . Buy it at Wal-Mart near the stridex pads .Give it a few days . It's too far from ur nip to be gyno unless you're growing a third pec

My guess as crasy as it sounds is a fibroadenoma (cyst) round ball like usually gets confused for cancer alot. If your nipple looks fine you should be fine but watch your hormones if you can afford a blood pannel with prog/estro/test id do it see where you at to better keep track of things.

I’ve never had acne in my life. So, it’s odd. It’s In the same spot on both sides. It’s quite far away yeah. I’ve checked my nipple itself when I raise my arm up to get good feel, because I have large pecs. Nipple feels like an empty hole of nothingness. I know for a fact it’s not gyno as it’s not sensitive whatsoever. It feels like a small ball of moveable fat that can only be felt when pressed on hard.

its firm, yet squishy of a lump. Very moveable, but not sensitive in the least bit. My estrogen control has been fine. I’m taking arimidex .25 EOD the first week and I just bumped it to .5 today. My estrogen feels fine as I have no symptoms of elevated estrogen. No sensitivity, no itchiness, no puffiness(other than what I had before cycle). I feel completely fine, just found this weird small ball of what feels like fat.

Nipple is completely fine. I believe it is a cyst as well. I have a cyst in my upper pec in my collarbone that moves as well. It feels the same consistency. I’ve never checked my chest out until now. Never had a reason to do so. It’s on both sides which it may be nornal abd I’m just moving the gland itself. Who the fuck knows. I’ll keep arimidex at .5 EOD anyway

Yeah, it’s not sensitive. It honestly feels like a small ball of fat. Maybe it’s cause I’m only like 15% bodyfat and am still holding fat. I never had it when I was 10-11% bf. Not that I knew of.

I did this once again laying down. Pinned right glute. Looks like I’ll just be alternating between my ass cheeks and tear them bitches up. I felt a bit tired as I stupidly didn’t take a day off this weekend. So, my arms and shoulders were very sore. Still haven’t felt much of a difference from the test. I do feel a better sense of well-being. I noticed, I don’t think as negative as I usuallg do about questioning if I can move this weight or do this or that. Weight is up from the diet and possibly helped by the gear whatsoever.

I must say though, this workout routine I made with splits between push pull, legs, shoulders, arms. Its a bit too much for my body as a natural lifter. I come into the gym everyday with something sore and fatigued. I really just can not fucking wait until this shit kicks in and helps me recover faster, the size will just be a added bonus.

contemplating adding anavar at 50mg/day to keep fat gain to a minimum and increasing dosages of arimidex to .5 EOD starting end of this week. Please give me input on if I should add the anavar simply just for keeping off the fat while I am eating all this food and test levels haven’t stabilized.

I will be posting a photo of me every Saturday. I took one last Saturday and will be posting both this Saturday with dates.

You need to eat and sleep well. Deep tissue massage and foam roll the tight spots. You'll still get sore as fuck on gear. Maybe even more because you'll push harder. Ventro glute is a good spot. Also delts are so easy man. Pin multiple sites bro.

Did you just say I’ll get MORE SORE on gear? The fuck.....that is not what I want. I sadly couldn’t sleep last night as I had work obligations at 5am. So, it was shitty, just added to my soreness. I am not pinning myself yet, but I’m close to it.

I literately sat in the bathroom from 2pm to 6pm trying to pin my ass with this 23x1.5 needle. The bitch was so big....my hands were shaking and I chickened out. So, I called my buddy, met at our gym. We went into a private bathroom and down she went. Pinned 250mg of test and 250-300iu of HCG. Also, I consumed .25 arimidex.

psychologically it was very difficult for me as I’ve always hated needles, but I will overcome this and get to do it myself soon as as I can. The pain from the 1.5 inch was not all that bad. Hopefully I’ll be able to pin myself Thursday and I look forward to a productive cycle! I think I have PFP, post flick pain. I flicked the part of my ass I was injecting about 100 times. That’s what hurts the most right now lol. I bled very very slightly. One wipe away, it was gone. I rubbed it in for 60 seconds and.....I’ve now entered the dark side.

time to work out and hit this push/pull day.

workout routine:

Monday: push/pull
Tuesday: legs
Wednesday: shoulders/traps
Thursday: legs
Friday: push/pull
Saturday: arms

I use the same pin. The pinning itself is getting better. Significantly less PIP this time around and I spread the skinand jab then massage.

Shoulder day - middle of week 2.

Glimpse of definite strength increase and increased endurance. Today was a pump I held onto for a good full 90 minutes that was great and overhead pressed 125x10 130x10 135x10 on free weight. I felt very good today.

Downside is, I feel like I am becoming More sore Than I have felt in quite a while. I wake up feeling very sore. Could be because I am training slightly harder. Also, my core is stronger as I am doing abs almost every day and this circuit work I did today which I tend to struggle on I did all reps and then more. I can not wait until week 6 and beyond.

Eating a strict, but clean diet to put on mass. My weight this morning was 166lb. Abs seem to becoming more defined too, which is definitely odd. I don’t feel as drained on the cut and I just feel a lot more healthy.

Please if someone thinks anavar is a good to mix in please let me know. Also, any tips to cram in more food as hitting macros have been tough and hit or miss. Some days I’m not as hungry or full from the night before.

injection went well. I can feel when the HCG is being Injected as it actually does sting? But can’t be bothered pinning twice. I feel as I will try the right quad next week. Injection was smoother and feels better in left glute than right. Pip is a good 1-2 days after each injection.

working out today felt amazing. I was throwing up 205 on incline bench press, then just repping our 80lb dumbells bench press, because that’s the heaviest dumbells the gym has. The push/pull today felt great. More energized and I feel like I’m slowly becoming hungrier. Eating very clean and have put on roughly 4-5 pounds since the beginning. Just can’t tell if Its water or fat. Weight increase has always bothered me as it was always a way to measure how fat I’m getting. So, it’s a bit tough to see the scale go up, but still liking the way I look.

Today was the day I did it myself. My hand was shaking worse than a Parkinson’s disease patient. I can bet my life I tore up my bootycheeks when pressing that shit in and it shaking. The pin went fine. Slightest bit of pip.

The work out was a push/pull day.

Compounds reps are: 30,10,8,5,3,1.

Deadlift - hit 405 new PR the first time
bench - hit 265(which is my PR)
lat pulls - 205
incline bench - 205
dips - 4x15
abs - curcuit abs 4 workouts, 4 sets of 25.

Visually looking leaner. I weighed 167 today. Added in anavar at 50mg a day, just to make sure I limit fat gain. Also, arimidex 0.5 EOD.

Feeling great and feeling much more full. The weight I’m putting on shows that. The libido is kicking in hard these past couple days. Still eating about 2700-3000 calories a day. It’s hard to stomach all this damn food. I am looking leaner though.

strength gains are DEFINITELY THERE, but I’m feeling slightly anxious and impatient the last couple days.

I know its only week 3, but I’m anxious for this mass to start kicking in. Which should be around week 5-7?

the biggest reason is you need to know how it affects your body and how much AI you need of how estrogen prone you are. I don’t regret it at all! This is starting of week 4 today and I feel amazing and the gains in mass haven’t come in st full force yet!

pinned right glute again, it’s just going so smooth in that spot and I’m being a pussy about changing it. I will pin quad or left glute again Thursday. To just switch it up. I found a spot it doesn’t hurt at allllllll.

arimidex .5 on every injection day. I’ve been doing this the past 2 weeks and I’ve felt pretty good. No nipple tenderness. Which is great, plus I’m trying to limit the amount of AI I have to use as I have low HDL naturally.

The left glute wasn’t easy, as I am not left hand dominant, but it worked well. No hand shaking and it was not painful whatsoever. These injections have become a lot easier. I was deathly afraid of needles. Almost 4 weeks done and I don’t mind them as much.

Appetite is up like crazy.
hit 225x2 on incline bench.

feeling aching in medial epocondyl in my elbow. Assuming it’s from tight forearm. Happened from incline of last week.
feeling good in general. Felt more vascular and growth is coming in, but feeling like I’m holding a good amount of water weight too.

Traps and shoulders and upper chest I’ve seen the most improvements on.
still waiting for week 5-6 and further down the road to see how much more I gain. I think I’ve only put on like a couple pounds of muscle in 3 and half weeks so far.

middle of week 5 - shoulders.

People are telling me I have put on a lot of size at the gym very quickly in 5 weeks. I am still hovering around 15 pounds up from where I started.

I am free weight barbell OHP 155lb now which I find is impressive after 4 sets of 135 OHP. Weight is staying roughly around 176. I am hoping these last 6 weeks will be amazing. I am contemplating throwing the Tbol in at the end the cycle, I hope someone can give me some input as far as that.

Calories are roughly 3300 now.

You have a good base to build upon and a good workout ethic.. with the E ester you've just now entering the sweet spot..week 5-6 and thereafter I notice the most change both in body and mind..I can see added mass on you from start of cycle..keep going hard bro

Thank you very much! I am someone is noticing my gains, it’s hard to see how much I’ve grown when I look at myself everyday in the mirror. I have put on 15 pounds and I’m not sure how much is water, fat, or muscle.

Pin #10 - left glute

Pinning 250mg + 250 iu of HCG. I pinned my left glute and my left hand was shaking. I am not left handed, so it is difficult for me to get a proper jab in there. The injection went fine, but when I went to pull out, blood went all over and it was the first time that happened. Quick clean up and back to normal.

Side effects this week: Thankfully Libido is the same, all I can thing about is women. I have had INSANE insomnia and I am always hot and sweating at night. This happened in the beginning of week 5(This week). Its been making it very difficult on me to function as I can not sleep and I become extremely restless. Also, I am getting very bad back pumps as I have been mixing in 75mg of anavar for the one bottle I have. Pumps are insane elsewhere though.

Gym - On the pin day I felt like a beast. I am most impressed with my upper chest growth. at the end I did 205x10 225x5 and 235x2. which to me, is extremely impressive. Other lifts have gone well. Today I was repping out leg press for 7 and 8 plates. Squatting 385x1.

Other points - I have been having internal left shoulder pain on flat and incline bench and lat raises. I am going to start taking joint support and fish oil to combat these.

Progress pic and update - end of week 5. - 174.5lb

So, I feel like the test is finally kicking in. I’ve been having sweats and insomnia which is fine.

ive lost weight from last week still eating 3000-3300 (tel:3000-3300) calories a day! I mean struggling to eat all that shit the way it is. I think the anavar and added cardio this week has a lot to do with it. Also, I was holding water which is now not as prominent. I can safely say everything has gotten immensely stronger and I am now waiting for more mass to start being added. It is a struggle and my body has come a long way thus far. Not even being halfway done I am excited to see what the last 7 weeks have in store. I am upset I am losing weight, but i measured my arms and they are bigger and learner than they were, which gives me hope. Looking for input now more than ever. Thanks!

I would love to see where I stand. I have not had any estrogen side effects. Balls are still plump.

I am looking forward to seeing all these levels to see if I need to back off on arimidex or add more. Also, to see how the liver is holding up.

Try pinning Ventro Glutes. On my first cycle I rotated, left glute/right glute/left vg/right vg. I found VG to be much easier since you don't have to twist your entire body. I'm able to hold the barrel of the syringe with one hand and squeeze with the other for a more stable pin. I've also never gotten pip when pinning VG, even when it was virgin.

Yeah. I get shaky pinning left glute as well. Definitely try adding both VG's into rotation. The first time is a bit hard to find, but there are a few threads on BOP about finding it, Don't be scared.

VG is easily my favorite spot, though I've only tried delts, vg and glutes. Lots of stability, and no pip, can also take a lot of oil supposedly.

Haven't updated in a week and half. Been extremely busy, I've been eating alot more, but keep hovering around 177-180. Its been very difficult to move up. Adding the Tbol helped alot as far as strength. Here are the lifts thus far.

Bench: 285x1

This is the beginning of week 9. I will be posting up the photos from week 7 and week 8 as the progress pics. I am not sure if there is much of a change from week to week, but I've put on almost 20 pounds of very quality weight thus far. I would like to end this cycle at 185.

Everyone now asks or suspects I am on gear. I get asked very frequently. While I do look slightly puffed in my mid-section. I am significantly leaner in my back, arms, shoulders, chest, and legs.

10 weeks in -

420 squat 1rm
295 bench
455 deadlift
255 incline bench

I am currently 185 pounds, 25 pounds gained from this cycle. It has been incredible.

500iu EW of HCG has been fine, but the past 1-2 weeks I noticed atrophy slightly. I would like to say a 30% decrease in size.
still sticking with 600mg of test, added in a little TBOL towards the end of the cycle.
