Decline bench knee tear!

Friend of mine fucked up his knee this morning on the decline bench. He pulled his ass off the bench and you could hear it pop across the gym. Talked to him later, he tore a bunch of shit in it. How fucked up is that?

Declines build chest better than flat or incline.

I had a bad tweak on flat bench with a serious arch and feet way way back.

Tried leg drive in second to last rep, and it was just too much and I was set too weird

I didn't tear nothing, but it was definitely fucked up in one way or the other, bout a paint can diameter bruise
