This is my first cycle in about 6 years. Running 500mg test e 300 deca ew with nolva 20 mg ed. My question is that just below my right nip is a little sore. No lump or anything. Never had an issue with Gyno at all. Not sure if I'm just making it sore by touching it or what. Have arimedex on hand in case of issues. I guess my question is could this be gyno starting and what changes should I make if any? Thanks in advance!

After years and years of seeing the same kind of thread on forums one thing usually ends up being the case..... it's probably just in ur head.

Just keep a close eye in it and STOP FKIN WITH IT lol.

Sometimes dudes will start obsessing over it and just continually touch it, rub it, etc and thats what ends up making it so sore lol.

Uve got ur nolva and adex on hand so u can handle what ever comes up.

How are u pinning? Hopefully at least twice a week. If it does turn out to be a little bit of gyno u can start using the adex and switching to pinning eod to help minimize the peaks and valleys a little bit more.

Yes, pinning twice a week. I was almost hesitant about posting this because I know it's a topic as old as time but like I say, it's been a minute since I've done a cycle and I have read a lot on here. Thanks for the feedback!

I’ve noticed when I run test. I get a little lump under my left nipple. Soon as I stop taking test. It goes away. I’m looking into taking Arimidex. Im only running test e 500 mg week and deca 250 mg week. Once I plateau then I’ll bump it up a little. But the sore spot under my nipple never thought anything of it. Untill I got in thisbforum. No one ever told me about all these anti estrogen blockers and I should take it. Super thankful for this forum. And I noticed my nipple were super tender and itchy before the lump started this time. So maybe just take your Arimidex. I hear it’s easier to prevent it than it is to make it go away once u have a lump.

I'd monitor it closely and up your AI if it persist. Could be a prolactin issue as well since you're on Deca. You taking any caber? How long you been on the deca? I was taking some npp with my last cycle and got sore in my left nipple. I've never had gyno issues, no puffiness or lumps but sore as shit. Upped my aromasin and caber a little to knock it down and it worked. Soreness was gone in a couple days. Don't just blow it off just because the question may have been asked a thousand times, I'd take it very serious. Only real way to know what's going on is to get bloodwork done real quick. Good luck.

If blowing it off is how my response was taken then im sorry.

Wasnt implying that at all.

Obviously continuing to monitor it was implied in my response.

I was simply starting a side of it that is often the case....... especially at those lvls of aas with new users.

As previously stated, and i quote: "Just keep a close eye in it and STOP FKIN WITH IT lol."

Prolactin lvls being an issue at such low lvls of 19 nor usage rnt impossible but are also unlikely.

Yep only way to be sure is to get a blood test.

When just starting out its a great idea to get quite a few until u get to know ur body on any particular aas.

In my experience once I introduce tamoxifen with my a.I. it takes, care of the soreness and mild lump in a couple weeks. My left nip is like a estrogen thermometer.

To clarify on the "prolactin lvls being an issue" comment.

I meant to the extent that caber is a necessity.

Imo caber is something that some should have on hand anyway.

But deca WILL frequently cause issues at even lower doses (deca dick) typically tho the recommended countermeasure is to just take the deca with a test base.

Its not til u get into higher amounts of deca or other compounds like tren that caber often becomes a necessity.

HOWEVER, what the madhungarian said still all applies, especially about the blood tests if ur just not sure what ur body is doing.

I would never even cycle without an AI on hand and Nolvadex.

.5 EOD of arimidex and keep on Nolvadex and it should be fine. If not, and it gets worse, bump the Nolvadex to 40 - 60 ED until it goes away then taper back down.
