So working on my arms, they are my weak point.
Developed some tennis elbow.
I noticed that during bicep curl, pain happens at the bottom of the curl as I lower it.
When pain occurs I can hear in my arm, using ear on shoulder, high pitch crunching sound, sound is quick, not continuous. Split second sound.
As long as I don't do full range of motion, no pain.
Pain begins around 140 degree angle.
If I do single arm preacher curl, and really supinate wrist, so pinky side of hand makes most contact with handle, no pain through full range.
Anyone experience something like this?
