So working on my arms, they are my weak point.
Developed some tennis elbow.
I noticed that during bicep curl, pain happens at the bottom of the curl as I lower it.
When pain occurs I can hear in my arm, using ear on shoulder, high pitch crunching sound, sound is quick, not continuous. Split second sound.
As long as I don't do full range of motion, no pain.
Pain begins around 140 degree angle.
If I do single arm preacher curl, and really supinate wrist, so pinky side of hand makes most contact with handle, no pain through full range.

Anyone experience something like this?

I've been dealing with tennis elbow for about 6 months. Hurts like hell tried dry needling didn't work. Got a cortisone shot a week and a half ago and elbow feels great now

Let me just say..

I had tennis elbow one time for about 3 months. I would take 4 ibuprofen and hit gym. It would hurt like a bitch while curling. I started noticing when I did straight bar curls the weight would slide to that side(old school dont use collars). Dumbell curls I was stronger with other arm(non dominate) Anyway, I tried the tendon strap, icy hot, massage... blah blah blah. I would just power through. Been lifting 34 years. No pain, no gain BS....

Then one day I was almost through my bicep workout doing light finishing work and POW. Bicep popped. Distal bicep tear.

Now, I'm not saying that is what's happening. But just be aware that for me as I look back maybe it was a warning sign. Mine hurt right on top outside part of my forearm near elbow.

Now since then I have torn the other at the distal and both arms at the shoulder biceps. This is a problem area obviously for me. But I just wanted to throw that out there for you to be aware of.

Hope you get to feeling better brother.
