Today is Leg Day for me and Mrs. Bot. A typical leg day consists of:

Hip Abductions - 5x30
Reverse "Roman" Situps - 4x20
Cable Kickbacks - 4x20-30
Deadlifts - 4x15-20
Squats - 4x15-20
Leg extensions - 4x15-20
Leg curls - 4x15-20
Leg press - 4x18
Calf raises (on leg press) - 5x failure

Yesterday I kinda tweaked my lower back doing stupid shit. Pretty sure it is just a pulled muscle. Anyway, squats and deads are out today.
