Longest that you’ve stayed on Var?

8 weeks was my max, but I had a liver panel done and neither my alt or ast were elevated. I could've gone longer, but those back and shin pumps really prevented me from doing any cardio.

Var isn't that liver toxic and prolonged cycle lengths of it are common. Plenty of ppl run Var their entire cycle.
I've used Var at low dose, high dose, in prep, not in prep, offseason; not much bang for your buck IMO and not much change in physique. Granted I've ran it with lots of other compounds usually. I'll save my money and use it for other compounds.

I ran Var initially for 6 weeks going 10 mg..layoff felt nothing to brag about..Next cycle I did 20mg for 6 weeks felt nothing to brag about..lay off...Took 30mg felt a little something but still wasn't overly stoked...layoff...Took 50mg and Goddayum....I love this stuff...Incredible pumps...insane vascularity O was around 225lbs when I 1st tried and took the 50mg at about 245lbs. I'm now a fan and have found my sweet spot.. I initially was always afraid of the orals 2hich is why I worked my way up with the doses

used it for 8 weeks at 75mg, no problems whatsoever. live markes weren't even elevated. dunno if this is broscience but i've heard anyway that it's more heavy on your kidneys..so i've just drank plenty and used some taurine & cranberry extract
