How to use Helios

I have some helios(clen & yohimbe) coming my way soon. Do I need to taper the dose up? Or is the combo good as is. 40mcg clen and 5mg yohimbe.

.5, 1ml, 1.5ml etc. taper down as well. i'd recommend spreading the dose out to at least 4 different spots. best to take in the morning after fasting, as insulin blunts the effects of yohimbine.

Yes, SQ. Multiple areas, not in a single spot. Is made "supposedly" for specific area fat reduction. IDK. I have no luck either. :(

40mcg is like the equivalent of 80mcg taken orally. 1ml should give you the shakes for a day or two. .25ml seems to be a good starting point per spot. so i'd break down 1 ml into 4 sites, left oblique, right oblique, left lower belly, right lower belly.. etc. try to rotate your spots at least every other day for pain/swelling reasons.

tried helios before, thought I felt some shakes and definitely heated up body temp-wise....good advice on rotating the sites...is it common for it to burn in anyone's opinion? lol, it did for me lol

slight pain, a minor tingle, other than that you should barely feel it. all depends on the mixture and how much you're injecting into one spot. burning might be a good indicator to back off the dose, spread the dose out or rotate spots. you can inject 1ml into 8 different spots.. don't be shy with the amount of sites you pin.

my personal opinion: if the burning sensation was present all of the time, i would probably suggest sticking with oral clen/yohimbine. a quick google of helios patients with side effects will hit home.

I am looking for helios did you guys get it from a supplier on here? I have tried about every other compound yet helios is something I could never get my hands on

I read somewhere to do your shots early morning like someone already mentioned but to pin in specific areas where you want to shed fat. Then take a hot shower and message the spots where you pin.
