Thanks Brother. I put a little time into reading as I designed it and the only new chem to me is NPP.
Nandrolones have the effect of lessening my appetite. Hoping for some synergy to make this easier. Also ECA and Clen help there too.

Real pain is failing to succeed.Yep between the clen and eva alone I'd think ur be fine.
Really is a very well thought out cycle tho. Front loading, organ support, etc its all there.
I'm curious about the tren. Why did u pick t,th,fr,s,s injections and take Monday and wed. Off?
Are u doing injectable organ support?(tudca, nac)
Did u consider adding in glutathione?
What dosages on them?

This is goofy. My wife doesn’t work those days. She knows what’s up but will not give her approval. So on her days I take no risks for time. Also my workouts are M, T, Th,F,Sun so it works out well with them also. If I need to for sides I will adjust.
Prov or Mast really help curb nandrolone sides even the progesterone increases.
Tudca/Nac is GSS from Amazon. 500 mg a day should be 250 mg at lunch and before bed. Oral capsules
Glutathione I have never taken but will look into.
If blood pressure becomes an issue I will donate. Also Riggs has a list of supps in numerous logs that can assist with blood pressure.

Doing a front load on gear and a deload in the gym. Next week will continue the front load.
Gym will only be 60 percent weight next week.
I do this at the beginning of my cycles to prevent placebo lifting. In two weeks I will go full strength and the gear should be working.
Working on meal prep.
Breakfast is almost always overnight oats/protein/ pb/water
Lunches are veggies/rice/potatoes/chicken/Turkey
Snacks or between meal foods are casein protein
Sweets are low (2g) sugar protein bars
Dinners are chicken/Turkey/ Red meat/ veggies/ carbs of some sort of if my wife cooks.
Today’s deload is below plus 30 minutes of cardio

As stated My body fat was measured using a bod pod. They are typically pretty accurate although I have read they can have a 1-3 percent error. That depends on the operator, fasting, and if you wear cotton apparel.
This is an attempt at transformation or total recomposition.

primarily stick with the healthy option.
I get horrible heartburn above 250 g of carbs a day. I tend to have a little more fat in my diet to control hunger.
Got in Cardio 20 mins then 3 min cycles/ elliptical/ stationary bike/ running on treadmill.

When people show interest in logs daily it makes it interesting and a lot more is discussed and learned/tried.
I would have a lot more stuff in my log were it not for how stressed and broke I have been.
When I am at the house I wind up hanging out with my gf until the kids get home and then its too late to go to the gym.

No cardio this morning. I am sore from head to toe.
My calves are sore which is a sign to me that it wasn’t the workout. Takes some serious isometric holds to produce sore calves!
Will continue with mobility and yoga as needed.

Imagine sitting down on the ground bringing your knees to your chest and you can’t put your feet flat on the ground. Muscles are super tight.
I am focusing on lower back and shoulder yoga. Trying to maintain flexibility and reduce injury in the areas I train the most. I am also 38 so I am trying some different workouts. And my chiropractor said I have to add yoga in or I may permanently injure my back.
So it was a mental breakdown but I hurt worse than ever at this point.

Good man.
I feel sorry for the latch key kids that don't have a dad like you to make them apply mechanical techniques/skill.
Most of these kids today bust a serpentine belt and they have no clue what is wrong or what to do.
Yeah my dad taught me by default. He was always working on cars and I got in his way. I also learned to roof a house and some framing the same way. I wanted to see my dad and I was free labor. So he taught me by having me work.
I hope I can see the look on some boys face when my daughter has to rip off fake nails to change his brakes because he doesn’t know how.

My right side is like a 1/4 inch shorter than my left so heavy weight can really do a number on me.
My lower back on the right side is a serious weak point so I am trying to stretch and focus on strengthening it.
My son loves to ask me to squat over 500 lbs so he can record it and show his friends. Nothing spectacular but he means the world to me and I hate to tell him I can’t do it. And since he trains with me I can help him see how well rounded training can keep you healthy.

Today
Back to then ECA stack 100/300/81
No breakfast
130 pm lunch 1 cup oatmeal/ 3 scoops protein / 2 tbs Peanut Butter
600 pm dinner 10 ozs turkey shredded
2 buns
3 scoops of protein
Macros 252/164/ 40
Workout
Pulse lunge with reverse lunge 3 x 8 reps
Basically a half lunge then a full knee to floor lunge 8 reps each leg
Flat bench dumbbell press/ downward dog push up 3 x 10
Goblet pulse squat 1 / 1 ratio of pulse for each rep 1 is one pulse one rep. Rep 2 is 2 pulse one rep continues up to 5 five reps 5 pulse then down to 1 rep 1 pulse. I am confused also.
These create a constant tension on your quads.
Bench press 3 x 8 then 50 percent drop and do 8 more reps
Shoulder complex which 1 full rep 1 partial rep. 2 full reps 2 partial reps. 3 full reps 3 partial reps. This is up to five reps then back down. Never made it back down the pyramid.
Lateral raises as many as possible.
These workouts leave you fatigued and pumped until it is almost painful.

500 NPP boosted a little
350 Tren
50 mg Proviron ED
T3 75 mcg ED
Clen 40 mcg ED
Strength is crazy. weight isn’t changing too much.
Still weigh at 245
I usually measure strength in reps of current weight. How many times can I rep 315 on bench? I will use a weight I am familiar with. I like my tendons.
How “many reps” seems to give me a better judge of strength than getting excited and pushing something heavy once.
Not too discouraged on the weight still have near 10 weeks. Spent 3 weeks pretty sick. Just started to feel at 100 percent this week.

Well Crap! Victory is Back! I am totally running all Victory gear!
Weighed in at 250 this morning lol.
Waist is 38 inches.
Strength is crazy right now.
Every thing I pick up moves. Every thing I push goes.
I am sweating like a whore in church just kidding. They don’t sweat I know a few who go.
Everything I push moves. I did. A 500 pound rack pull for my son the other night with no warm up.
I love tren. No sleep but I am growing like a weed.

If you ever want to spend the next day limping. I advise loading the bar on squats with a decent weight and do at least one set of breathing squats.
Breathing squats. You pause take a breath do a squat. You push past what your body says. You push past what your mind says. You can’t breath well at first then you can’t get enough air. Your only accomplishment is being better than yesterday.
Your quads won’t thank you. Neither will your glutes.

Best of luck on those issues....I've got teenagers and married. Thankfully wife has been solid it's me that's usually torn up....
Hows the tren treating you????
I have some and really want to pack some more size and strength on for a event coming up...but I need to keep or be able to rebuild cardio for it and I have not ventured in to tren land yet....I hear it takes your cardio and throws it away after stomping on it and punching it into submission lol..
