I know this probably varies from person to person but i am interested in what everyone uses. I guess i want to be sure i am actually getting the muscle and not actually doing a subq injection

Glutes?

Vg?

Delts?

I am currently using a 27g 1/2 for vg.

I use 25g 1.5" for everything, I just adjust how far in I put it if doing biceps or delts.

But I love to burry that thing to the hilt for quads.

Lower body 23 g 1. Upper body 25 g 1. I always bury the pin though.

I have read quite a few studies of sub q pins working just as well. Never done it. Watched a documentary where a guy did all sub q pins. Decent progress. Don’t know his cycles.

Real pain is failing to succeed.I heard this too. This is my first pin cycle and it has been going well i think. I just used the 27g 1/2 in the vg so far.

27g 1/2 inch is perfect for VG if you’re lean enough - I hate long ass needles and unnecessarily thick needles
I do draw from the vial with 18 and then swap it out for the 27 when I inject

Smooth each time I alternate each side VG and occasionally have to work delts in the mix - to switch it up but the VG has so many locations to hit that you just rotate daily

I just alternate sides. I haven't tried the delts yet but my arms are pretty lean so should be g2g too. A big shout out to you for sll your help. [emoji3]

Lol, not too bad, I like how quick and easy the oil pushes out. I have used 18ga when that was all I had! Literally had to hold pressure on the hole to keep the oil from coming back out...lol

23 is about as small as I go. I’ve done the whole warm it up and hit wit a 27 but I don’t have time for that stuff. I draw with a 20 1”. The 23 is an 1.5”. Sure you can buy the 1” for your arm and such but I just save the money and pin 1.5 in gluteal and quads and I only push it in 1” in my delta give or take. I recently bought a box of 23’s but I think that I like the 22’s better. In, out, and on your way!

23g 1.5in for quads, same for glutes.
Have to rotate a lot for short esters

25 g 5/8 upper body and 25 g 1 for lower body with the gear I run and the carrier oil they use MCT and migyol there's no need for large gauges and unnecessary scare tissue and damage I also believe that some one would have to have alot of fat on them if they needed to sink a pin in all the way that's 1.5 inches just my opinion.

When I first started pinning I was using 23g 1" for glutes. About every other shot I would get a painful bubble / knot. Turns out I had a bit more fat on my ass than could be reliably penetrated by a 1" pin. Got 1'1/2" for glutes now and no pip ever. I also keep 25g 1 inch pins for VG and quads.

You're good with 1/2 incher. I would go to 1" for glutes, though.

I've been using 23x1.5" for long, long time. Use it for everything: quads, glutes, delts, tri's, traps. I use all those sites when blasting. When cruising it's mostly quads and glutes.

Nice Avi, BTW.Good to hear. I am a newbie so wont be touching the glutes lol. But i shouldn't have to. I only pin 2x a week and atm its only .25 so not much at all.

I have 1" that I used to use for delts but for the past year I've been using 1.5" 25 g on

Delt

Quad

Glute

Pec

And its worked just fine.

Also theres this online BB coach balled victor black. His site is called muscleandiron.com

He has a ton of really cool and informative training and gear related videos, research studies, etc.

He specifically has a video tracking about sub q pinning schedule for gear.

It really isnt all that different at all as far as bioavailability. In the beginning there may be some difference in absorption rate but that's all.

The only 2 possible setbacks he highlighted was

1. that pulling the gear through the slin pin is a hassle and that he back fills his slin pins and heats up the gear to make it easier.

2. Due to the solvents (ba, bb) and even the actual gear itself (tne for example) subq can hurt quite a bit. It shocks pop at times.

It hurts alot more than pinning something like gh, or slin. And it can leave knots/scar tissue directly underneath the skin which can be bothersome or unsightly til it goes away.
